I have said things almost similar (go to advertisement channel and search my user) and was never punished, I was even endorsed by other mods at the time. Personally i would have just told you to not say such things as it can be taken out of context if this was reported to me, AT MOST a lighter ban/mute maybe. I'm speaking with the other Smods and Admins now but im just putting this here for the record for the time being +1 for ban reduction/ removal. You were pulled into a sit and told warlock that you said "animal predator." Now during your appeal your telling me your a "Base predator" I do feel that if you are defending a statement such as this you should keep your story straight when explaining it to the staff as well as your appeal. During your time on the server (you do also have a lot of time and have been playing since 2017ish) you have received a few player tox priors as well as being banned from the discord for player tox. I do feel you know what message your ooc message was referring to. I also do feel with your time on the server you do know better to not randomly say something like this then change up the story of what you really said. I do think after giving it some thought as well as talking to other staff members. I do feel 6mo is a long ban for something said like this, however that being said I do feel there has to be a type of punishment for what you said. I see no reason for this to be a ban but rather as it still skirts the line atleast something should be done. Most of your priors are related, with this being rather new and equally strange territory. I'm just gonna say what i think, Fish you've been around long enough to know where u can test the waters and not and this wasn't the brightest comment if you wanted to say that you're a animal predator/base predator, don't just drop shit like that with zero context as it's just gonna look wrong. Regarding what Steve wrote, your discord ban isn't related entirely to your current ban as you were banned from discord for posting ''thug shakers'' At worst the comment can be taken out of context for a vulgur joke/statement about yourself of being a predator (please for fuck sake use more context) And you don't have anything prior or similar to this regard so i don't quite understand why it was pushed to 6mo when it was at worst a self accussation. i think this was heavily rushed and should have been more thought out before doing anything. This was very much a poorly worded joke, and lying about what the reason you said it in your appeal isn't helping (switching animal predator to base predator). However, I do think that a 6mo ban is too severe a punishment, especially since you don't have many recent punishments for Ptox, and the ones that you do have are several months old, so for that reason, I am +1 for changing ban to P-tox warn. I suggest you avoid making jokes like this in the future or make your joke more clarifying so some people don't take your joke the wrong way. Albeit sounds stupid out of context this should not have gone past a warn, at most.
