Missunderstanding, RDM Bait (?) Who warned/banned you? Green eyed Ghoul How long were you warned or banned for? 2d The person I mistakenly revenge RDM'd at the time was Mass RDM'ing. He was the Bloods Leader trash talking his own Bloods for being bad at the game, so he got demoted by his own gang. He doesn't like that so he Mass RDMs both Bloods and Crips as a citizen while hurling verbal insults about how bad they are at the game. He was Mass RDM'ing outside of spawn not letting either gang members leave the spawn, so we had to keep killing him because he wouldn't stop killing us. While this was happening a Bloods member yelled in vc that they'd call a sit on him for the MRDM because of his trash talk, so I left it up to them. Unfortunately I found out later the Bloods Member did not make the sit. I don't know if he was distracted because of the 5v5 gang battle between Bloods and Crips. We kept killing him in self defense. The final time I killed him was when he pointed a gun at me, and from what he'd just done I obviously assume he is going to kill me. Conveniently he doesn't fire his gun, and calls a sit on me for Revenge RDM. He was Mass RDM'ing moments before, and then appears as though he is shocked wondering why I accidentally misjudge him pointing a gun in my face again. Although regarding that last point in hindsight I think they baited me into killing them by pointing a gun at me while deliberately not firing, so that he could call a sit to get me in trouble because they were very upset at the time. Priors - I don't know if this matters, but I only have 1 warn and some ban like five years ago I have no clue about. In the future, you should use /advert warn x3 to protect yourself in situations like this, but to me this supposed instance of revenge RDM does not warrant a ban. I am + 1 for a reduction to a warn. Vex Posted June 30 Share Posted June 30 I'm definitely leaning towards over punishment however its the age old tale of RDM is still RDM. I just want to see logs to verify this MRDM from the reportee, Ive never seen you cause issues so I presume you aren't lying.
