Why were you banned or warned?

Honestly, I really don't know. I was just creating a Jewish synagogue for players to join me in, and I made a tiny model of the Epstein's island Synagogue because it was blue and white to match my interior and Israelian Flag out front. I did not speak of it, or promote it. I was reported by a player shortly after, whom I've never met up until the sit, and was told I was somehow being toxic towards him. The player in question went onto great lengths In a shaky voice about how I was "condoning" Jeffery Epstein's terrible actions by leaving that synagogue there.

Why should you be unwarned/unbanned?

I'm sorry for not being able to directly speak with you in the moment, I probably could have clarified things more easily + I could tell my constant typing was wearing thin on the administrators patience. I'd like to clarify that I have never been a Jeffery Epstein supporter nor do I support the creation and distribution of child pornography. I'm quite confused on how the player who reported me connected these dots, but still I accept responsibility for creating my building. I even offered to delete the thing but I was bluntly told "No" and hastily given a 1 month Ban, And I still don't know why.

You are allowed to speak of Epstein but humor of the subject (as you are clearly displaying) is not allowed. The ban, as it is valid, will most likely stay. -1 for appeal

You are setting up an attraction for everybody to see directly outside of your doorstep of where a man did unspeakable things. It would be no different if you had modeled Sandy Hook, you would still be banned, it's still fucked up

We allow talk of Epstein to an extent as not allowing so would be too much into censorship, however I personally believe that building a replica of the island house is pushing it a bit too far in this nature.
My reasoning behind this is due to the fact that this being a 13+ server literal children play here and this introduces them to a topic that is not very kosher in nature.
my vote for this is -1 
I would personally refrain form building "replicas" of touchy subjects as to prevent players from reporting you and this becoming and issue.
I have also forwarded this to the banning staff member.

I'm still so so so confused. You and I both know there are worse things running rampant on this server like people who literally have slurs in their name. (like me). I'm just saying, it's kind of impossible for a gmod server to be "child friendly" when you allow adult men with unfettered access to a microphone with children
