A Alien job was swining his kidnap swep at my party member. I adverted protecting my party member killed him. He came right back so i did warn 1 2 3, 3 times and killed him again. He then came back with a gun in hand and i killed him again before he could fire on me. All this while i was building and he was coming up to my building in progress. We then have an admin sit and im the one warned because i didnt have video of him swinging his kidnap swep. I dont feel like its right.

i was just defending my party member and myself while building a RP kiosk.

Actually I think I possibly did make a little mistake by warning him for MRDM but technically he RDMed him twice for sure, he claimed that Erk was trying to kidnap his friend and when I checked logs, there was no log of Erk hitting either of them, so I asked if he had video evidence to both of them to show if he was trying to but neither of them had any so all the logs really told me was that this player killed Erk for no reason besides the one time since he did warn him to get away 3 times but since he doesn't have video evidence, it is entirely possible that Erk possibly backed up and still got shot or maybe he came up to Erk and warned him 3 times in a row an killed him or he warned him 3 times and Erk continued to approach him and then when I told him I was going to warn him, he just left the server in the middle of the sit, he also said that Erk was going after his friend and when he killed him the 3rd time, freak Harvey was up on one of those signs by tunnel and Erk was somewhere down below I'm assuming was going after his friend again so I wouldn't say it was NLR cause it wasn't at a base when he killed him and he wasn't going after Freak and it was the main district near bank.

Not much to say here. Wait until you are actually kissed or rdm'd to kill someone so that it shows in logs. It always helps to have video too to show he actually was swinging at your friend. +1 to change to RDMx2 as the banning staff have agreed to reduce this

I am totally fine with changing it to RDMx2 or even a verbal considering the player had no previous warns for RDM, I also usually don't warn people for RDMx2 for that reason and for it being more of an educational moment.
