Need help verifying for Discord

[Artair Nova]

Hello, I am having an issue where I am still not able to access fully the discord channel after verifying.  I used to be verified under a previous discord account which has been deleted for a bit.  I believe the account name for it was either ZombieXD or undead_frenchfry.
