I guess it's regarding this: https://forums.titsrp.com/topic/24650-mrdmvoteban-abuse/ I don't know what they're on about regarding MRDM or voteban abuse, I believe this is what happened as I was using the stun gun as they had a bounty but they died before being shocked (low HP?).
