i should be unbanned because i never really meant to get banned for saying that nor did i realize that i would be banned for saying that. now looking back on it, it probably wasnt the smartest thing to say and to whoever i said that to sorry bro didnt mean to hurt ur feelings. i already know this is probably going to get denied and ill eat the 2 week ban just thought i may aswell try to make an appeal as it was a misunderstanding on my end.

i was pulled into a sit and all he told me was he was going to check to see if in fact that saying he chilled with epstine was violating any tos next thing i know i was banned without him even saying anything

now if he did say that at any point i did not hear him because i for sure would not of said it again im not a degenerate loser that dosent listen like most people. like i said ill eat the 2 week ban if thats what it has to come down to im not gonna sit here and try to plead my case i barely play the game anyways it just seems a bit harsh

After you were banned (i'm assuming you were informed during the sit which is why the punishment was inevitably a ban) you doubled down in the discord, whether intoxicated or not this is unacceptable behaviour.

i never doubled down in discord u asked if it was a joke and all i said was that i was serious

then u asked if im doubleing down and i said no if i was to double down i would say he chilled with Epstein again but i didnt all i said was that i was serious and not joking my words a being twisted and my sit was rushed the admin that banned me didnt even tell me what i did wrong i was just banned without explanation

Saying your " serious " about saying someone chilled with Epstein, is just not ok. There's a lot of other ways to double down other than just saying the same thing again. To me, saying you were serious and not joking, looks like you doubling down.

 

You also said that this ban seems harsh, but it's because we have a 0 tolerance policy for stuff like this. What you said goes directly against our TOS.

 

Overall, I don't think you understood what exactly you said, or how you said it. But either way, you said what you said. While not the worst thing I've seen, you still shouldn't be saying stuff like that on the server.
