i was getting raided and everytime i came back i died so i keep coming back to defend all of my stuff and in the middle of me running to my base i see a ban poll "ban bruhzero for MNLR" and i get banned

So you were vote banned off of the server by other players,  NLR exists on this server,  here's the direct rule you admit to breaking. 

 

If you did die in a raid/heist, its simply over. You CAN NOT come back and continue raiding/defending unless you die to a natural event.

Looks like you broke NLR multiple times in your clip and the normal punishment length for MNLR can be 3-7 days. You were vote banned by a player since they were raiding your base and you kept coming back, during a raid you should not come back if you already died, you may come back once the raid is over or it's been 10 minutes since that is the current raid timer as stated in the rules. I know most people don't bother reading the rules and I just checked your server and steam profile and you seem to be a new player to gmod overall so it would be beneficial to type !rules or !motd in game to take a quick look at some of the rules (also find the rules on the forums). You can also ask staff members/players in or outside of the game for tips and help.

 

Since this vote ban is valid and there is evidence in your clips, and you are already unbanned I will be closing this appeal. Please remember and learn from this and good luck in the future.
