I was warned for breaking NLR.

Why should you be unwarned/unbanned?

I was warned by Steve The Hare Harrington during a sit earlier today. If I remember correctly, Tali was the one who teleported me originally to the sit with Steve joining about 10-15 minutes after the sit started.

I am appealing this NLR warn due to the circumstances around it along with the players that I broke NLR towards not being the ones that reported me. I broke NLR towards Dunkernickle and Goatnuts with neither of them reporting me in the sit or even being a participant of the sit.

I believe this all started when earlier today I reported Swave, a member of OWNU, for RDM. This is the clip of the RDM: https://streamable.com/bz8bhp. From this report Swave was given a warn for RDM. About 30 or so minutes later I was reported by a member of OWNU which I forgot their name. They repeatedly berated the staff in the sit along with claiming I was kill baiting. After being told that I was not kill baiting but just roleplaying as a cop, they switched to claiming that I broke NLR. They repeatedly lied during the sit, with Steve and Tali able to provide chat logs of the sit where they claimed multiple times that members of OWNU kept killing me and I kept returning. At the end of the sit, Steve declared that either Swave keeps his warn and I get a warn for NLR, or Swave gets his warn removed and I do not get a warn for NLR. During both of these sits, OWNU repeatedly told the staff member overseeing the sit that they were screensharing with Henchy, an Administrator of TitsRP, in order to perhaps threaten or coerce the staff member to force a favorable result in their favor. I am unsure why they would say this.

I did in fact break NLR but it was not towards anyone that reported me nor did anyone that I broke NLR against wish to seek punishment. I have to ask, since when are you allowed to report others for rule breaks that did not affect you? I may have some mistakes in my memory during this report along with no logs or video evidence of the sit which is why I would love if Steve and Tali would give their side here along with the logs.

this issue was brought up to me by Swave since he was unhappy with his warn, I had already told Tali what to do. if Swave had a clip he it would have helped his case however there was no clip. and I was shown the clip you had during the sit with Swave for RDM and I felt as if the warn was decently fair since in the clip it looked relatively blatant. 

 

as for the screensharing claim, it is untrue since all they told me is that they were in a sit with Steve I didn't see any screenshare, this just seems like they wanted to give Steve a scare, and I don't really appreciate my name being brought in that way, thanks for letting me know though.

if you broke NLR against people who did not report you then you cannot get in trouble if someone else reports on their behalf especially for something small like NLR.

Hello, Looking back at the Files that were saved alongside the warn. I don't have the logs that affected the time of this event around 15:20 so I am unable to support my claim in this sit. I do however feel that Delta did make a few comments using other staff members names to try to confuse/change ruling. I feel that in personal opinion that if your streaming to someone or somebody it don't matter to me and wont affect the outcome of the ruling. This being said since the logs that I saw at the time weren't saved to my pc and the negative attitude of Delta during the sit I believe this warn should be taken down and you shouldn't have it on your record. That being said your report has been Accepted!
