Why were you banned or warned?

For context, I was banned because I had been warned previously today (Saturday August 23/25) by Joey Skylynx about an RDM incident where I had thrown an explosive into the PD and ended up killing someone. Which in all honesty was justified, I was messing around and it ended up with me being burned.

The second instance of when I had been warned by Henchy, which had led to my ban: there were a decent number of people who were the Bloods class waiting for people to leave the areas of spawn and RDM them, as well as just sort of hanging around shooting anybody they felt like. I had become an ICE Enforcer and tried arresting the ones that were shooting people outside of spawn and near fountain. What ended up happening was that I had walked out of the left tunnel from spawn and ended up seeing more of the Blood members and was engaged, I honestly cannot remember who had shot first but the individual who had called the sit was a Blood member walking down the beach with with a weapon, so I had shot him in the back and killed him. This was what ended up getting me into an admin sit with said individual.

Why should you be unwarned/unbanned?

Now, I understand what I had done wrong. Realistically, I shouldn't have gone out and engaged them at all, and just let the staff deal with the people who were RDMING. However I had a lapse in judgement and became frustrated. I honestly would not have shot and killed this individual had the mass RDMING not been going on, it was hard to tell which ones were acting as a part of the RDMING by name because of how fast it was happening. I saw him, he was a Blood member with a weapon who I thought was one of the people shooting others and so I had shot him. Again, I now understand that this was not the right way to approach the problem. Even if my appeal does not get accepted, just wanted to throw it out there and provide some context as to why I acted as I did.

Hello im currently at work but I'll explain what happened: Sandwich man had reported you for RDM and I checked out 3D death logs (!shownlr) and you had shot him when he was walking away at the beach and wasn't looking at your direction. Prior to that Sandwich man was not shooting or even interacting with anyone. The last damage interaction Sandwich had with anyone was about 40 seconds ago before you started shooting him, it was clear RDM from the looks of it. And yes I decided to ban you because of your very recent prior warn. RDM is a 1-3d Ban and it is given after you are warned usually.

It was a genuine mistake on my part, I did not realize that he was not a part of the group that was shooting people randomly, which is why I had shot and killed him as he was walking down the beach. Either way, thanks for taking the time to reply to my post as quickly as you did

Hello this ban is valid due the the recent warn then with you killing sandwich man as they where not shooting in your direction or even facing you this is just a simple rdm case and I am glad you understand you wrong doing here but I agree with the ban and I think it should stay -1 for unban

It took you a ban to understand that maybe you should of reported the incident first hand before deciding to take matters into your own hands , while I would like to believe that its frustating when issues like this happen , please take the extra precation to NOT take justice into your hands with your priors added a ban was appropriate at the time
