Ive been trying not to reoffend anyone by sparing anything negative,what I done was nlr on accident,i got vote banned,I got mad it went through, I asked terry for help and he said I should wait the hour,I couldn't deal with it so I blew up on him ,I called him names used slurs and threatened him ,aswel as I done the same to agro,out of rage I ended up direct message ing them on discord ,after I said the slurs and made threats is when I got my ban extended to perma by someone I do not know named dev 2 ,so in clarification I used slurs and made threats to staff members in dms on discord as well as broke nlr ,and I deeply regret doing all of it,this all happened in the span of 1 hour or so,I lashed out in a very extreme  manner ,and just want to make amends and apologize as for I had taken it way to far,and am beyond sorry about it,Terry posted the screen shots of my lash out that's what I did to get perma banned

The rules since may have changed,or it may have never been perma bannable,but i shouldn't have taken it upon myself to dm the staff nasty hate mail ridden with rage,and use slurs,prior to this I hadn't been banned for anything in 4 years

The evidence, whether the threat of death was a joke or not, it was unwarranted, your toxicity was unwarranted.

This community does not need more toxicity.

I can see you really want to be unbanned, and I can admire your attempt, and can understand that rage can cause you to say/do bad things.

One action/mistake shouldn't cause you to lose everything, I believe you should finish out a long ban if it hasn't been enough and be unbanned at the end of it and return to the community with that ban staying on record.

I said "I'd kill you" which is again very Wrong of me to say to a moderator or anyone of that matter,but in my defense I never said anything like ("im gonna kill you,I will murder you one day,or I'm gonna attack you in your sleep) etc etc,but nonetheless I do whole heartedly severely regret my actions ,that other behavior on the street could have put me in jail,so there was no reason I should have gotten away with it,and I didn't get away unscathed, ive been banned for 501 days now which is a little over 12,000 hours,and i agree that this ban should stay on record ,and I agree that I should be unbanned eventually whether that be today or in a month from now but just not permanently,I really am sorry for each of my actions as for the were not justified by any means necessary

You made a threat and were generally toxic towards a staff for banning you, made an appeal where you didnt acknowledge what you did, and are now trying to deny wrong doing on this appeal. Imagine telling someone you would kill them then when youre banned you go "actually according to the US law this isnt a threat so you cant ban me." Titsrps rules arent based on US legal definition, you told a player you would kill them and got banned, if you were banned from discord over those messages and tried to appeal with the same logic your ban would not be lifted.

I understand I was just trying to defend my case brother,it was over a year ago,and I'm just tryna make it clear that it probably could have been worse...like way worse right.if I actually made a direct threat to his life,I was just clarifying the technicalities,im not tryna say that the law has anything to do with the rules ? That's a bit slandering no offense, take the time to read my appeal please cover to cover ,I didn't spend hours typing it for no reason,I just want to make everything right again in good faith,i never said I didn't do anything wrong? I'm not tryna deny anything actually?  For the record "I'd kill you"is what i said meaning "I could kill you"....which just isn't a threat technically, maybe threatening, also how do you really know I wasn't talking about in garys mod ,I was perm banned before I knew it and I don't even know the "very exact" reason for the extention to perma to be completely honest but I know I got player toxicity ,and then the only reason I was removed from the discord was because I could text terry and agro from it,so they put a stop to it,which is fair,I honestly am trying to own up to my mistakes bird bro not ignore them or act like I haven't don't nothing wrong?read my replies from front to back brother they are pretty much a part of my appeal ,plz don't hit me with a TL;DR,Im sorry if this appeal offends ,but that is not what I'm intending to do here I'm just trying to really straighten this out,not do any of the other stuff u said like ,not acknowledge what i did ,im not using the law as a replacement for the rules or whatever ur tryna say,I was just noting a fact about the way I said what I said and why it's not a real death threat so maybe shouldn't be treated like one aswell as still apologize because I am very sorry about this whole situation bird brother and I'm responsible for it too,im just tryna clean up this long hard grueling mess,im fighting tooth and nail g,and I'm being as respectful, empathetic, honest, and fair as I possibly can humanly be,this is my fault and metaphorically Im swimming with the sharks on this appeal brother ,and metaphorically I'm loosing blood and limbs just tryna make it to shore where I might bleedout anyways

You have an opening to make someone happy with their life again,im making this appeal because really feel bad about what I did...and idc if I sound like a baby bro but if I'm being real I cry about this shit all the time ,I can't replace tits rp with anything else ,it's just impossible, I can't do nothing ,but slip deeper and deeper, so I'm jutryna fixing so I don't have to deal with this depression and sadness that is directly linked to my ban on this game,im not perfect ,but I just need this to move forward in my life and not have to keep back pedaling or being reminded of the fact I can never enjoy my actual favorite game,ive thought about just straight up buying it ,but im not built like that,so this is the only way I can try and cope is by trying to fix this,this wholeeee thing destroys me,why watch me struggle any longer
