I wouldn’t use a 3rd party program to begin with, you can alternatively hold Q and mess with Post Process filters to enhance the games graphics to your liking. VAC no longer exists on Gmod since GAC was put in place during the two ban waves when Gmod13 came out and has since been dead as an AC, the servers AC may or may not trigger, per Bruhther’s statement he didn’t get banned, but there is always a risk.
