he did  warn you and you were low key interfering with his rp, the most id do here is honestly give him a small chat to wait a tiny bit longer between warning and killing and to not build in the street

no you are the agressor, he wanted you to leave him alone and you kept talking, the time between warn and gunfire may be questionable but you wouldnt walk away from him you still kept talking.... walking 3 steps back while still facing and talking to him just doesnt count.....

So at the time of you making this sit Lockheed was offline, he was never brought into a sit and never knew he was going to be punished for anything so it cannot be ruled as LTAP. I'd assume having you running up to him and crying over him building a little hangout spot in the street is the reason he would've logged off but only Lockheed would know this.

 

As for the "RDM" he had warned you using the e menu for you to go away from him as you were clearly harassing him over his use of the street to build. You were holding a gun and had every opportunity to kill him after he had warned you and before he killed you, yet you did nothing. Now he probably should've waited another second or 2 before killing you I still wouldn't rule it as RDM as it the intended use for this warning system. 

 

As of right now I think just a quick talk to Lockheed will do for this issue.

The sit was made after he left so he was never teleported and was unaware of a sit even being made.

You were harassing him so he warned you (within RP) and you moved back slightly and kept harassing him.

Good thing it shows me clearly backing up after being warned the first time, only to be chased down and warned again. That's RDM at it's purest form.

Goes to show that Tit's picks favorites all the time. Clearly a mode who should know the rules was in that base. And only when I brought it up he started enforcing it.

In the video it clearly shows me backing up multiple times.
Your rules STATE:
- "DO NOT warn people for general actions such as walking down the street, looking at them or being near them"

-Hobo's can NOT build in the street, but can build in the sidewalks or other public areas.

 

And as per the "Harassment" claim, you need to familarize yourself with the definition.
Not once in the interaction was I acting with "aggressive pressure or intimidation."
