I understand why you would feel towards me getting demoted but at the same time I do not feel as if I should be demoted since I had taken a sit and during the sit I attempted to teleport womcjovxd multiple times and he was not able to be teleported until he joined back, then as soon as I was able to tp him without upsetting another player I teleported him. 

I will let you know now why I believed he was a minge from the very start.

the main reasons as to why I jumped to conclusions was because I fully believed he was a minge looking over all the stuff I had seen and I apologize, swag Sammy has a clip of him just walking up and arresting him, I can bring a clip I simply need to wait for swag Sammy to send it over to me since he screen shared it to me in the general VC.

So the demote does not look valid from the video as in the laws weps/sweps were illegal. Womcjovxd is in the right when he is complaining that he is false demoted. Instead of bringing him to a sit over "propminge" which it wasn't you just warned him. Typically I do not give people a warn or ban for propminge unless it is abundantly apparent it is intended. Most of the time when you ask someone to remove props they will do it. So not only did he warn him over propminge without bringing him, it also does not appear to be propminge either. This is more than enough to drive anyone to the anger womcjovxd is experiencing.

 

Moving on womcjovxd starts typing out of frustration in OOC and gets gigamuted for an hour without typing any slurs. Unless he is clogging OOC, which he wasn't, there just wasn't a reason to mute him. You are allowed to voice frustration in OOC until at least asked to stop. I am just lost for words how something so minimal can get out of hand so fast.

 

Obiworld before jumping to conclusions bring the player to a sit first, look at the door logs to see that he owned that building. Punishments should not be handed out without a sit.

 

In my opinion this report has proven the involved staff members are incompetent without a doubt.

+1 for full demote on Obiworld

neutral toward any punishment on Door Salesman at this time (Haven't made up my mind/want to see what others think)

Your continued toxicity throughout all of your replies tells me all i need to know about you, not just as a player but as a person

 

Once again i gigamuted you for spewing toxicity in OOC, i DID ask you to stop which is on YOUR clip but you continued, as for your warn situation AGAIN i was not involved in that, you can claim i muted you because you were asking about your warn but that doesnt make it true, AGAIN the logs AND your clip show the toxicity i have mentioned so many times (but no one seems to take into account?) 

 

As for my viewpoint on Swag Sammys post i believe it provides a valueable insight on what happened in the first sit (AGAIN when you started being toxic towards us) you mention him micspamming, but if you had taken care to watch his clip you notice he DID include audio AND the voice chat popup doesnt appear anywhere inside the clip, he also mentioned you wanting to farm his nodes, thats why you arrested him, again i cant confirm this but its possible due to the area the altercation happened in, AGAIN the reason im so adament on having this included in this report is because this is when the toxicity started

 

As a person, not just a player i shouldnt be expected to listen to him spewing toxicity at me and handle it the same way i would anyone else

 

As i have also already stated, no i cannot prove sabertooths claims but there are very little situations where a player may be killed minutes between with no rules broken

 

In this situation you claim your priors arent important, but they are because you had JUST got off a player tox ban and you got right back into it, if this is overlooked whats the point in the ban in the first place?

- any punishments on door salesman 

 

But i do believe they should be talked to and noted on this  , from an easy move of a prop or moving player to looking at other log options ( door purchase/ prop spawn ) 

 

not all sits are easy , so it's important staff can use provided resources to determine out come and have full control of sit 

 

this is where involved staff could of done differently,

 

Watching a player be stuck in a breakable prop could of easily destroy or move player out the way ( i also understand why door was asking for permission )

 

mute would make more sense if player was using slurs or wall text spam in ooc but clearly that was not the point here

Tomoko's response is exactly what I'm thinking, I do agree that Obi and Door could have handled this better in a sit, however I do not feel that they should be punished, and just talked to about this situation. I am +1 for the warn removal though!
