Me and my buddy were in a gang together at the time and I was told to kill that one officer who attempted to arrest us. I then proceeded to carry out that command and expected nothing to happen; however, the person who I shot down decided to make a sit and get me in trouble. I asked the moderator to pull up my friend since it was mainly involving them but they refused. After I was banned, my friend stated that me and him have made about six tickets and all were purposely ignored and he was met with and I quote “that’s too bad” and was brushed off. I do not appreciate the ticket ignoring. And if I must state this, I will. the user that put in a ticket about what I did broke many rules before me in all of the tickets that I made against him were ignored by the mods over and over. I also greatly do not appreciate the refusal of me having a defendant on my side in the sit, especially when he was more involved and could’ve explained it better than me. This honestly felt very targeting and unfair. That’s all I have to say. Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? I believe I should be unbanned due to the fact that the person who was arrested by the player I shot down was in my clan, which gives me the obligation to stop him. It is also the fact that I was using a raid friendly faction. The VIP mafia boss. On top of all that there was also the countless ignored tickets me and my friend made against that user I shot. Take in mind the user who got me banned was also helping a person who was trolling the server so I see this as very ironic. Who warned/banned you? Asgard Posted December 19, 2024 Share Posted December 19, 2024 (edited) I'm his buddy, We just kept getting arrested by these few cops, and I kept making tickets. I made six whole tickets, with moderators actively online, and none were taken unless we just happened to do something bad. I feel it was a targeted and perhaps even corrupt ban, since they refused to listen to anything he said. Along with this, the user kept shattering NLR and was RDA/RDMing us for no reason. To keep sits civil, calm and manageable, I do not bring more than the complainant and the complainer to the sit at a time. You were banned for the intentional RDM of a cop after having a previous warning for RDM. I do apologize that your sits were not taken though. I did listen to what you said, but made my own judgement based off of log evidence and the rules. I will never bring multiple people to a sit unless I am absolutely required to, you broke the rules either way, another person would not have cleared that up. This prevents the sit dissolving to verbal fights. In order to assist in the appeal do you happen to have any logs or evidence as to the cops false cuffing and arresting you two.
