Why were you banned or warned?

I was originally warned for player toxicity. This all took place in the span of a few hours. I said numerous slurs, multiple times. I ended up getting a 30 day ban in game, until I decided to go on the forums and call a player a pedophile.

Why should you be unwarned/unbanned?

Before I get started, I want to make this clear. I'm not asking to be unbanned, rather I would like my ban to be shortened to 6 months. The reason for this is for 1, I was community removed only 78 days ago, for 2 I alted multiple times, I am unsure on the exact amount but i know I've made at least 6 alts since I was originally community removed, my last account was banned exactly 30 days from today, 12/16/24.

First, I just want to explain all of my bans, and what lead up to me being community removed permanently. I originally started playing the server in late August of 2024, my first account was called "Devious Dachshund" This was my first account on the server, I didn't really know much about the server, I didn't talk in chat too often, and most of my time on the server was spent doing coinflips. I was then banned for player toxicity, and when I was unbanned I decided to MRDM and started playing on a new account called Vampin. This was the account where I started to build a negative reputation, I started talking to people in the community and played a decent amount, until one night I decided it would be funny to try and loophole a way around saying slurs, and homophobic statements. I was then muted, and later banned. My original ban if I recall correctly was 3 days, it then turned into a week after saying some things on the discord, then two weeks. I started saying more slurs on the forums, which leaded me to getting a 30 day ban. After that, right before I was forums banned I called a player a pedophille, I now understand that it wasn't a very funny "joke" and that it's a serious matter, that was in fact not funny, and was taken very seriously. I apologize to said player if they are reading this.

After I was community banned, I began creating numerous new accounts, and playing the server. I attempted to alt close to if not more than 10 times. Some of my accounts lasting longer than others, with the most notable being i5u5we5, The Big Bluff, and evilj0rdan. I'd like to point out the fact that majority of my accounts had little to no warns or bans. With the only major exception being a player toxicity ban on The Big Bluff after I told a player to off themselves and left, I'm sorry for this, I said it to a complete random person and understand I shouldn't have said it.

One of my accounts I cheated on, however, I only did it in the RDM zone against my friend, I never cheated in raids, or any other RP scenario and wasn't trying to harm anybody by this. I bring this up because there have been multiple people trying to slander my reputation and use this against me, claiming that I cheat to defend raids, and other things like that. Which are absolutely not true, the only time I cheated I was blatantly aimbotting in the RDM zone against my friend, who knew and didn't care and I was banned very quick.

Many of my accounts I had, left a positive impact on the community, and I tried to leave behind my toxic past, I've spent over $200 buying suga, supporter and models on my other accounts, as I thought that I would get away with alting. Which just goes to show that even while actively alting I was trying to grow as a person and move on from my past.

At the time of my community removal I only had about 3 days of playtime, not trying to justify my actions, or say that I didn't know it was wrong, because I did know it was wrong. However, I was still somewhat new to the server.

However, after a bit of snooping around the forums. It's seems like there has been other players, with a good amount of playtime and previous warns that have only received a slap on the wrist for pedo accusations. I'd like to quote share this quote with anyone reading, which came from somebody who is currently an admin on the server "While this is a pretty clear that he accusing you of being a pedo in this post, a community removal is too harsh of a punishment. We reserve community removal for people break the law and do illegal actions within the server and not for player toxicity such as this. "

Also, this is from the proper punishment timesheet.
Ex: (Player X says that another player is a pedo because he has a bit-minor: warn for player toxicity with !addnote)
Ex:(Player X makes a vulgar joke/statement regarding pedophilia on first offense: 1 week ban with !addnote)
Ex:(Player X actively engages in pedophilic behavior: perma ban with !addnote)

I think we could all agree that calling somebody a pedo is not community removal based upon the two things listed above by the staff themselves.

Anyways, I would just like to say this again I am NOT looking to be unbanned anytime soon, I'm very aware that I did say very harmful things, as well as cheat and alt multiple times. However, with that being said I hope that you guys would be willing to give me another chance, and reduce my ban to 6 months. If not, I completely understand and regardless of the verdict of this appeal I will not alt. God bless.

This never happened! It's actually a lie made by KKStoner, he claims I called him it on 3 seprrate occasions, I only recall of one. Unless you have evidence anyways.

@Riv You can close this now, sorry for the misunderstanding I'll make sure to come back in 6 months and appeal. Maybe next time I appeal I won't be instantly neg'd with false claims and deal with childish responses.

Insane you have the gall to say something like this after you were banned for severe toxicity, then continued to alt (and continue to be toxic and cheat on these alts.) 

If you appeal in 6 months my answer will still be -1
