First rule break was FailRP (which I demoted him for, and it went through). A ticket was not needed to handle it because if he went cop and FRPed again, it would've been another easy demote. Second rulebreak was ARDM, as he began punching me and almost killed me while I was trying to explain to him why I demoted him (and demotes last a fairly short period anyways so if he really wanted to, he could become police soon), and the last rule break was using a slur towards me. The "relevant info" below provides more in-depth detail of the rule breaks, and the text below that is simply an explanation for this report, his warn/ban history, total playtime and approximately how long he has been apart of the community to make it easier on any staff who reads/ votes on this. Do you have evidence related to this incident?: Yes Relevant Info: Evidence #1: I am punting the Serial Killer, who is doing nothing wrong and I'm having a bit of fun with trying to see if I can land a lucky bomb or brick on him. PT comes in as smoke behind me (but in the area) at around 4 seconds in. He moves to the side, and watched me punting and shitting on him while doing absolutely nothing to stop the Serial Killer- which is FailRP. I was killed, grabbed his Steam ID, demoted, and moved on. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tTvm_7hr7vc Evidence #2: I am just flying around waiting to shit on people and/ or have fun being a bird, hear him call my name at at the 13 second mark, fly down to hear what he has to say knowing it's probably going to be salty but I figured I could reason with him, he claims he didn't watch it happen (which is clearly false with the evidence I have provided above), I began typing to explain why it happened when he began punching me, entered in time to back away when I got stuck on Gen Buyer, healed, and then he momentarily could not find me due to my size, and said "Cuz I saw them fucking kidnap them, right bruh? You're a (Insert f slur here) wherever your bitchass went". And then he was gunned down by a terrorist(?) who saw him punching the fuck out of me for 0 reason (Not justifying his own rdm there but lordy it probably saved me from another attempted rdm). https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2m9FS3iPixk Please note that I am only making this report because there were three separate rule breaks here in such a short amount of time. If he had moved on from being demoted from cop after fail rp, I would not have cared. The issue arises from the fact that he actively seeked me out (I could hear him calling my name while I was just flying around) and then the slur. And again, I attempted to make a ticket, there was one staff member, and then as soon as I typed !staff, nobody was online. Whoever was the last staff probably saw the ticket and ignored it (oh well), and I feel that all this bullshit justifies some kind of punishment. This player is NOT new at all. He may only have 6 days (according to his profile) but he has been apart of the TRP community since at least 2020 since that is when the one warn he had was issued. I do not expect a ban for this player considering his history and total time player. Thank you for whatever staff takes the time to read and insert their input/ vote.
