jmichael v football player targetting me and making sits on every minimal thing

Recommended Posts

1st Clip: The holy hand grenade in spawn makes me a little worried. There should be no RP in spawn and this looks like blatant RPing in spawn.

2nd Clip: This should have been a verbal which TapWater did.

3rd Clip: I don't believe this is RDM as the breaching charge was placed before jmichael killed anoc.

Overall, I wouldn't consider this player targeting. But, I still think you should be unbanned as these situations can be misconstrued as malicious even though they are clear mistakes. You should not have been warned for all of these clips. I don't believe placing deployable shields is considered a raid action, but I see why it could be seen as that. Along with this, raiding every 20 minutes is also not considered player targeting but I think in the next staff meeting I will bring this up to rubik as it is causing several problems among players. One of the staff team's main goals is to enforce education over punishment, and it is clear that was not practiced during these sits. +1 for unban as these clips are accidental.

Most of my warns are genuine accidents or just lack of knowledge

Thats why you were warned and not banned despite breaking the same rules multiple times, if you read the rules when you join the server that wouldn't have happened.

There's been about 5-10 situations where jmichael or his group has been in the wrong but nobody will take a sit

I understand how this is frustrating, but you are just as capable to make a forums report as any other player if your sits aren't taken. As well, I have seen your sits taken and multiple resolve in you being told you were actually wrong and the player you are reporting did nothing against the rules.

From what I can see you were given valid warns for breaking rules and want to be treated differently than other players since you are "new." Here's a novel concept, everyone was new once, and not everyone got warn limit banned. Along with this, you are now at 25 days in game, that is over 600 hours of gameplay. If you really still have such a lack of knowledge that you are accidentally breaking these very basic rules then I fear there is no helping you.

I did read the rules and try to remember them to the best of my abilities, and anytime I'm in the wrong I try to make it right by both apologizing and offering the ingame items that were lost or could've been obtained via raid.

I'm not trying to completely excuse the wrongdoings I've made, as it is my fault for not knowing the rules but I've always tried to make it right and let it be known it wasn't maliciously done. I will own up to the warns I have that I believe are deserved, but I've always played Gmod with a playful and less serious mentality than other games, so to have some people be so hell bent on rules over fun is a new concept to me.

So, you can't get unbanned from your warn limit ban unless you can prove 1 of your warns are false. You had 15+ chances counting notes, if you can't stop breaking rules before that limit is reached idk what to tell you. Ive seen plenty of day 1 gmod players join and break 0 rules.

-1 for a unban

Here's footage of the NLR warn I got from Terrry recently, which I don't believe should be overturned as I did break NLR. However, should this be a reason why I'm currently banned? I'm genuinely curious. Yes, I did break NLR, but a large majority of the players I've raided come back to their base and wait for me to be done raiding so they can go back inside. I thought this was no different, also was just trying to make Terrry laugh and get back to grinding the battlepass.

Please use your best judgment to determine whether or not it is okay to return to a place after death. Most people don't care if you died to a hit at PD and come back. People will care if you died in a raid and come back. If you want to play it safe don't return to your place of death until the time is up, no one likes a sore loser. In this section, there are examples of what is considered NLR and what doesn't usually matter to most people.

Jimmy going back to Jimmy's house after raiders raided it and killed him NOT ALLOWED

You had past nlr warnings/and or notes at the time of this warning

I'm confused how I'm the sore loser when I was laughing and trying to be funny? lol, I did use my best judgement, you've been nothing but toxic to me since before I even knew who you were and I was just trying to calm the waters but you don't seem to be the type.
