There was a cop who was fail arresting people including other cops. Called an admin about it, didn't get a response. Told the mayor about it, didn't get a response. I arrested him myself. Eventually enough other cops complained, and he was demoted. He then proceeded to come into the PD over and over again and cops were repeatedly killing him for being a troll (I didn't kill him other than punching him to death in jail). I can't say how many times I arrested him. Maybe 2, maybe 3. 

Anyway, he calls a sit. Trial admin takes the sit. I tell the admin that the dude who called the sit was literally demoted 5 minutes before the sit for being a bad cop and was being KoS'd inside the PD for literally being a troll. The admin just banned me without another word. Literally didn't hear me out for a single word I said, just only typed like 2 sentences in chat while the dude who called the sit belittled me. I have no idea where the toxicity charge came from other than the fact that during the sit I called the guy who called the sit on me a retard. Anyway I didn't deserve the ban at all.

I'm willing to accept a reduced punishment and lowering it to an RDA x2 seeing as the only two people that you had randomly arrested were two cops, and cuffing a third cop in the PD. The reason why I had banned instead of warned was due to the toxicity in the sit. In retrospect you both were going at it and I probably should've just given you a warn for RDA given that you have no previous offenses for it. You generally should not be arresting CP, you should either be calling sits or using vote demotes if you believe it would infringe on RP the least. I am willing to give you the benefit of the doubt though, and remove your ban and give you a warning for RDA instead seeing as you've admitted that you've arrested that player while they were playing cop twice. I also appreciate the honesty it's helped me having to scrounge

 

I should've probably given you more discretion and that is my fault, so therefore I am +1 to remove your ban and lower it to warn for the RDA seeing as I didn't really clip the aforementioned toxicity so there really isn't any basis to go off of there. This is a great reminder to me to record all of my sits lol.

Over the last few days there have been 3-4 people who have been completely out of control as cops. I had to deal with them when I was mayor and I've been dealing with them as citizens and as PD jobs too. They're pretty much insta fire by most mayors who play often. As for the guy I handcuffed, he was the "Gabe Newell" job and I handcuffed him because he was in the mayors office. I didn't realize that Gabe Newell was a police officer. I didn't arrest him or kill him, I just cuffed him and weapon checked him. I saw a baton and other police objects and he was free to go. I don't think I had a chance to release him because I was killed if I believe.

Because the staff member that banned you offered to take the ban off and give you a warning for RDA, I have unbanned your account and added the warning for RDA.

It is very important to call staff or even just vote to demote players that are breaking rules as CP. If neither of those options work, you can report that player on the forums!
