Mass NLR and Prop Duping Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? I was being raided by jmichael v football. On my screen, he was a citizen model. Because of this, I believed that he was committing FailRP. He killed me, I PMed him asking why he was raiding me as a citizen and I ran back to the base. He was a Master Raider model this time around, and I died to him. The second time I ran back, I deleted my props (ONLY because I believed that he was committing FailRP and raiding me as a citizen). and killed him (he was a Rebel model this time). During the sit, he was a Rebel Model. He claimed to be using his CC, and I apologized, and explained the misunderstanding on my end. However, I was still confused why he cycled through 3 different models in the span of a few minutes. I did not manage to check the logs and take a screenshot before getting banned, so please confirm this for me if possible. I've been playing every day, and this was truly a genuine mistake. I would not have done this if he did not look like a citizen. I genuinely believed he was committing FailRP (I still am not sure whether or not he really was a CC). I told him that he could go back, take all of my stuff, and I'd pay him in addition, but he did not accept the apology. In addition, I was banned for Mass NLR, however, I only came back TWICE, not 3x. Please help me out here. This was truly a genuine mistake. I've played on TitsRP since 2017, and recently came back after years of not playing GMod. I don't believe I even have any warns on my account (or if I do, the last one was a long time ago). Who warned/banned you? Also in the sit you claimed you saw him as a citizen model, if we had some evidence of this that would be helpful. Also in that entire 2 times you returned to the raid you did not make a sit on him to handle this miscommunication. I would be open to a reduction in time since I did read the nlr wrong because you died twice and killed him the third time, making it not mass nlr. This was my bad I for some reason had read 3 cases of nlr. It truly was a genuine mistake. I most definitely should have called for a sit, however, in my eyes, I didn't want to punish the player. I just wanted to ensure that my stuff wasn't wrongfully taken. I ONLY put the dupe back up after I killed him. rodeo Posted August 23, 2024 Author Share Posted August 23, 2024 Okay, so it seems like 3/4 mods all agree on an unban and warn, and 4/4 mods agree for ATLEAST a reduction in punishment. Could we come to a verdict on this please? I’ve already been punished for almost 48 hours now. I feel like the mod that banned me jumped to a conclusion too quickly, and punished an active player that truly cares about TitsRP for a genuine mistake, and I’ve been left to deal with it. Also, has anyone been able to check the logs and confirm if jmichael v football changed jobs mid raid? Decent Human Being never confirmed this, and it’d be great if this could be verified. Because currently, I'm banned for Mass NLR and dropping a dupe during raid, both of which, are not true.
