I mean nesteggtv, I was one of the admins who had say in your ban. Just because someone is apologetic about something they have done, it doesnt mean the other person has to forgive you, or rather is ready to forgive you. I personally think that its still rather early for you to be appealing and you also did not go through any current admin or myself which is just not a good look. Plus I was the one who reached out to you on your alt to inform you when you should appeal when you first got banned. You did not reach back out to me. 

 

Plus it doesnt help that you had your personal friend come light those fires for you in discord after your ban. It makes people think you were here long after your ban which doesnt help your case imo.

    at the moment it's determined that nesteggtv will remain Community Removed for at least the next 6 months. she says she doesn't find this problematic and takes this as "problem solved" and says no hard feelings to anyone, and that hopefully after a long break everyone is on the same page

This isn't out of character for pretty much anybody in the community. If you were to pull any chat log mentioning "Sierra Willis" or "Hex" on the Gmod Server, you'd see incessant, constant harassment to the degree you just saw here and worse. I am under no claim that I am a perfect person. But these things are not representative of the entire picture, nor should they be looked at as the sole defining reason for my community removal. Inflammatory speech is a regular occurrence in this community, and it would be unfair to leave me banned for that specifically while others continue to say things just like this.

I don't think TitsRP is a shit place, I just think there exists considerable bias and disinformation. I like this community because of the many friends I have made in it, and even the people I insulted before I learned were just misguided or going through their own things.

We are not extending your ban or anything in regards to what your friend did. But it is unfortunate that in his unrequested action has a consequence for yourself. This is not the fault of titsrp and you should take this up with your friend

Even if you apologized, you had said things that are wrong, and nothing can justify them. You cannot just tell people that they are worthless, you cannot just tell people that they should be in prison. You have caused this ban on yourself and left a bad impact on this server. you could had prevented the community removal on you by just not discussing topics like the transcript Crabroll sent in Page 2 and so much more.

In the likely event that my appeal is denied, I would like to ask how long I should expect to wait until seeking an appeal again, and who to contact, if either of those things are at all possible. I am regretful for my behavior in what I said, and it is certainly unfortunate the toxicity and drama surrounding my name.
