You continue to have this smart ass attitude that leads me to believe you think whatever your doing will only equate to a temporary punishment that you can return from if you ask enough times, this blatantly looks to me like the actions of someone who A. While i personally feel letting a word upset you is weak there are rules in place to keep the community from having to deal with toxicity and it is needed to keep the server away from anarchy. CaptainT Un-Linking your fourm account and Re-Linking it made it a pain to check old post for reference and personally i think something should be in place to prevent an action like this from disconnecting your history from your account, Thankfully not all logs are lost. In 2024 alone you currently have 11 separate timeouts and 2 bans. and if we reach back to 2023 2 more timeouts for Toxicity and 2 more bans for NSFW and Toxicity all timeouts that had any context are for Toxicity, NSFW, and a ban for breaking discords TOS & server rules. I personally feel we have progressed past the point of punishment as a lesson and into the realm of punishment for the betterment of the rest of the community. If your allowed back i feel it should be with the expectation relapsing into breaking infractions should result in Long term to permanent removal from the discord with no option to appeal if a length is assigned. Even your steam account name emits toxicity -1 You would be better off staying off of the discord to avoid digging yourself a deeper hole on the other two places in the community you still have access to. I am absolutely positive I can find users with more consecutive bans. As for my discord timeouts two of them were false but they still stay on my record. This was one of the main points i was trying to make but you seemed to have skimmed past that and all you seem to care about is attempting to justify 2 timeouts and how long ago a ban was versus the wave of other infractions. The name is a joke, its based off the name of someones CC ( staff member btw) and no one batted an eye to it. As for "Toxicity" there is only one player who reports me for it, and its the same cry baby who rep bombs all of my forums post. You should know by now that everything is considered toxic to hex. The bans you showed are not for racism, Zionx put racism ( f slur) which we all know isn't racist . I also don't think you should speak on the NSFW ban unless you know the context of what happened, there was a reason why I was unbanned quickly for that. When its not do to that, its to use a console command to get yourself banned before going on the forums, begging to be unbanned, and when youre told you wont be unbanned you go be hateful and toxic in the discord. You also have gone to other staff, including all the higher ups behind the backs of the other higher ups, where you talk shit about random players, staff, and make wild accusations. I went to two unbiased higher ups to report a player and I had evidence, was not making wild accusations. Rubik had actually told me not to mention this in my appeal and I believe the same would go for you. It is only "wild" to you because the reported player is your buddy. Also I am absolutely positive if I posted the evidence I was referring to majority of people would be disgusted, I didnt reach out to you for a reason there were only two staff members I reached out to about reporting the player, as it shouldn't be posted on a public forum. and yes I barely play, I have not asked to be unbanned in game- and can you list any issues I’ve created since my last time out ? I have literally been chill and playing cs2 with a lot of titsrp players. I don’t ever interact with you chesmond so I don’t expect you to know anything, I also believe you are incredibly biased and fought like hell to make sure ur pal got off with a slap on the wrist.
