I was walking down the street when i seen a batman attached to a vehicle via cuff, it was driven by what appeared to be a CC. I swapped to cop and uncuffed the guy. Wizard hops out, cuffs me, drags me all the way to PD, pisses on me (lol) then arrests me. Upon making a sit he immediately disconnects and doesnt rejoin for a few hours.  Lucky jack claimed the sit, I explain my side and let him know i have clips and whatnot. Lucky jack says something along the line of 'Next time hes online ill talk to him'. I detected a clear bias as this was a cut and dry case with proof as well as LTAP. (lucky jack is the one that told me he disconnected btw, i had no idea) 

After i seen bathroom wizard online a few hours later, i attempted to make another sit in game but it was not claimed even after pming a few mods.

if the user is gone before the sit is started it isnt LTAP. and if the staff member needed more context then not warning anyone is the best course of action. Did you record it? i feel like ur pretty on point with clips usually.

The player was online when i was teleported. A few moments later he was disconnected after i was brought. I can edit the clip to show this

Yo what up man, Im sorry if you seen bias, the player disconnected before I could even get him to the sit. IIRC, I told you that I did not want to warn the player without talking to the player.

This doesn't seem like something I should be warning him for either, I feel like this could be handled simply through speaking with both of you and clearing things up.

You also asked me if im friends with Bathroom Wizard, I do not know this player besides his toilet PD dupe.

Attaching non consenting players to cars as cp, driving them down the street without fine or arrest and then arresting the cop that frees him and then said player leaving the server after you teleport me isnt something that should be warned for? I told you i had clips, talking to the player does not change anything whatsoever when its clipped up. That argument is dumb. If this were some new player you would have banned him without question for LTAP

I have a literal ban for raiding a base as a citizen for walking inside a gunstore.

Id also like to mention, i found the batman that was cuffed and asked him if he consented to that, he said no. It was a new player ive never seen before

In this case I wouldn't classify that as LTAP, as Bathroom Wizard didn't even get the chance to be in the sit.

Also if this were a new player I certainly wouldn't ban them for this.

I also don't think that your ban for raiding a base as a citizen has anything to do with me, the current staff team is focused on Education > Punishment.

If you include the clip here I am more than happy to take a look, as I said in game, before you said that I was biased and wanted to request the sit from another staff member.

haha yea? He watched me get teleported from jail, he was staring right at me. If i mass rdm 10 people and immediately leave the server, thats not LTAP? Maybe im confused on what LTAP means. Leaving to avoid punishment right?
