1-800-Suicide Posted June 7 Share Posted June 7 (edited) Your In-Game Name: Piklas Your Steam ID: STEAM_0:0:61391449 Who are you reporting?: SloppyJo STEAM_0:1:216267784 and Crown Prince of Sitland STEAM_0:1:32160514 Why are you reporting this player?: Crown Prince of Sitland for Intentional rdm and calling me a "retard" SloppyJo for mishandling sit and ending it prematurely I cuffed and arrested Crown Prince valid and I told sloppy that I had video proof of it happening. After Crown prince called me a retard twice, once in a false demote then in pms he intentionally rdmed me so i reported him. When I got into the sit SloppyJo said Crown also called a sit on me so we should both drop it, I of course said no because I knew I did nothing wrong and had video proof of it. SloppyJo proceeded to question how I knew things like licenses and said falsely that I have to weapon check before arresting, I asked to be shown such a rule and SloppyJo did not ablige (because there is no rule like that) before ending the sit without me even being allowed to show the video proof that I did nothing wrong and it ended with Crown prince not being warned or banned for intentional rdm + toxicity. I also want to add that SloppyJo said that the punishment guidelines do not say that intentional rdm is a warn or 1-3 day ban but it does, he has then proceeded to try to make fun of me saying things like "you know all the guidelines right?" Do you have evidence related to this incident?: Yes SloppyJo said he was warned when he wasnt and also evidence of him trying to make fun of me I can also upload video of me about to type I want a different staff member when SloppyJo abruptly ends the sit. SloppyJo Posted June 8 Share Posted June 8 Hello Piklas. During our time in sit, we came to the conclusion that you were clear, hence why you did not receive any warnings or punishments. With that being said, the clip of you justifying your innocence was not necessary because you weren't being punished. As Staff it is up to me to handle the situation as I see fit, and coming towards the end of the sit you decided you were going to suggest on what I need to do and how to do it. (See image) Therefore, resulting in you being returned and allowing me to handle the sitaution. The way I see it, you want your sits to go how you want and expect. As for the player in question of Toxicity, he already received a 1 day ban for the toxicity after their initial warning. Upon doing so you began to make comments about the punishment in disagreement, that is when I responded. Opila Bird Posted June 8 Share Posted June 8 I'm gonna be completely honest here and say that I don't care that hellhounds toxicity warns are old, he quit playing the server and then returned to act the exact same way he used to a year and a half ago. I feel, given the history (8 bans and 3 warns in a less than 8 month span in 2022) any toxicity from hellhound, especially anything this blatantly racist and homophobic should be a 2 week minimum ban. In my tiredness, I had missed the one that Piklas had actually made and, since the timing was rather unfortunate, completely assumed it was Suicide/Piklas being toxic Now the Issue here is, Due to me not knowing/missing that Piklas Made an Anon following it, and when I asked Sloppy about it, He stated "Piklas made the last Anon." So I got toxic with Piklas under the miscommunication that he was mad that the Sit didn't go his way at all. Completely normal and valid arrest. Let's also not forget he is skybasing in this video. Had I been given the chance to show the staff member my proof instead of being instantly returned because he was biased against me I believe even he would be forced to see that the sit was not a both sides thing. If you pick up the context clues hes implying no punishment will be given and we should just not interact.
