I spawned some trees, some guy lied and said he had epilepsy (if he did he woulda had an immediate seizure), I said « die then » and a staff member tp’d me to remove the trees, the guy then proceeded to report me and Terrry conveniently logged on and took the sit, I then said I removed the trees, the guy started looking for excuses to still get me punished

i logged on saw a report, saw that no other staff was taking it so i took it myself. i asked the user for chat logs and it was him asking you to remove the trees because he has epilepsy and may die. Your reply to him was ''die then.'' and you didnt remove the flashing trees until a different sit was made. The report was on you for player toxicity, and after i said i believe its a ban because of your past punishment history for player toxicity, you asked for a different staff to come and review it. TheDraco tped and agreed that a 3 day ban was fair because you told the user to die and left the props that could cause real life harm to him up for ~5 minutes with no regard to his comment about how it could affect his health. epilepsy does not work by u see a flashing light and instantly start dying.

Btw if you go on steam and go to profile you can get your SID from the profile link at the top (The numbers) 

+Follwer is a completely different situation and has no reason to be mentioned here, Calling other staff a joke in a BAN APPEAL is not something that would get +1s

What are you talking about please stay on topic what smer got banned for has nothing to do with your ban appeal. Also i didnt log on to take the sit my friend tene asked me to get on and i took the first sit i saw.
