because the sit i was dragged to, to begin with was unjust. i was originally dragged to a sit for ERP which i wasnt i said 1 thing as mr bones. also i didnt even get reported by another player, supposedly he heard it but didnt drag me until i made a sit regarding being arrested for what i had said. the situation was dealt with in a RP scenario, however since i made a report for false arrest javel took the opportunity to poke at me and punish me for reacting. i didnt get warned for ERP i was warned for toxicity which i only said one thing that was toxic. i told him i was sorry and that i didnt know what i said was considered erp and told him to please warn me so i could return rping. he then warns me for toxicity and that upset me so i told him "fuck you faggot" and typed kill in console, he then jailtped me (which is only to be used on MRDMers) and froze me, then proceeded to ban me for 3 days for staff dis and toxicity. javel was targetting me and wanted to punish me and was very unproffesional he should be demoted, talked to or better supervised.

i understand what i said was wrong however i was upset with how the situation was handled by a new TMOD. i dont think a 3 day ban was warranted, i have no prior warns/bans. if i could be unbanned and just receive a warning i would really appreciate it and wont do or say those things again.

i would also like to add that javel kept asking me if i was prozedd or a slutty girl. i didnt realize there was another player on the server named slutty girl, so i didnt respond perhaps there was a mix up? also going to show the new TMOD doesnt know how to properly look at logs.

Hello there Prozedd. I would like to say first off on your second comment "Also going to show the new TMOD doesn't know how to properly look at logs.". !slogs doesn't show a real user's username if they are Mr. Bones. I asked you twice as there were two of you on Mr.Bones, and the only other way I had to check was to copy both of your steam ID's and to put them on the dashboard, or bring the both of you to me, so sorry if you feel wronged about that particular circumstance during the sit.

Now onto the main topic of your sit. You made a sit on someone for fining you for "sexual harrassment/sexual assault" iirc. I could be wrong on the assault part. I then asked you if you truly wanted to make that sit, which you never responded, so I brought you to the sitland. After bringing you to the sitland I then told you that sexual comments are not allowed on 90% of the servers, and to be honest I also said I wasn't sure if it was the same on this server as this one allows quite a few things others don't, but also vice-versa where we don't allow some things as others do.

I looked through some rules, and some old forums posts, and came to the conclusion that what you said was indeed against the rules. After I came back with that closure, I told you, that you were going to be warned for sexual comments. I then warned you for player toxicity (to not get the server riled up) and then added a note to your account that said "Player Toxicity warn is for sexual comments". You then thought it was a good idea and said "Fuck you f*****". No idea why you didn't just ask why I warned you for player toxicity, but you escalated the situation mid sit. After you said this my feelings were truly hurt. I have never had someone call me this derogatory term on this server before, so I was bamboozled. Nevertheless, I decided still not to go max times for anything regarding your ban as I figured you were just frustruated. Taking into account that you had no recent history for anything regarding these warns/bans, I gave you a 3 day ban in the end for that little slip in text chat.

So he initially warned & made you aware of what you did wrong and you apologized. then you proceeded to insult him with a slur after he warns you and suicide to escape your sit. Him jailing you is completely justified to prevent you from leaving the sit again and we dont have to reserve jailtp just for MRDMers this sit being an example.

This server does have younger kids playing on it. No reason you should be ERPing or being overly weird in public. And not dropping slurs should be mostly common sense if your new and were not around back when F slur was semi allowed. He just told you not to be toxic and you upped the ante by being more toxic. To the letter i would say he followed fair escalation. If there was some time between you doing one and the other i might have some sympathy for him escalating without doing gigamute first since it was separate levels of Toxicity.

got to see the comments made and i mean i have seen worse but you were a bit persistent. making a bone-er pun or two isnt really an issue but  if your following someone around and doing this shit your kinda asking for a sit to be called. I probably would have opened with a Verbal but all things said and done your decision to insult him afterwards doesnt change much.

you do realize you can check job change logs, and you would have seen that prozedd changed to mr bones

Again your staff and you should know that mr bones cannot talk in ooc or over VC

where in the video did this happen? i must have missed that part.

 

The punishment guidelines state to educate not punish new players. I understand what i said was out of pocket, however a 3 day ban for a justified response to a situation caused by incompetency is kind of ridiculous.

 

I do apologize for what i said it was messed up i was mad at the whole situation. i was having fun and no one was offended i even got some fun RP out of it. i only made a sit regarding the false arrest so i could get t unarrested, which a cop who saw the whole thing go down came and unarrested me anyway. i tried to reply in ooc saying i didnt know erp wasnt allowed but i cant talk in ooc as mr bones. like this whole situation could have been avoided if you had known that. you could have dragged me to the sit and explained the rules educating me but you insisted on warning me and getting me riled up due to our encounter earlier in the day.

did you even watch the video? you commented so fast after he did i dont think you watched it. i feel this is a biased response. there was atleast 15 minutes between my two comments. i wasnt ERPing i said one thing as mr bones which was "i am mr bones. do you want to stroke my bone." i insulted him because i didnt understand why i was being warned for toxicity so in my eyes i felt he knew i wasnt ERPing and just put player toxicity to punish me. he never told me to not be toxic, he said ERP wasnt allowed which i responded im sorry i didnt know.

if the sit was handled in a more professional manor i would not have said what i said. i understand that now i will have to face those consequences, however it would atleast be nice to have my ban reduced, and the warn changed to staff disrespect.

i understand. i will treat staff with more respect next time and will swallow my pride and keep my mouth shut. can i trade my 3 day ban for a 3 day mute?
