Why were you banned or warned?

I was banned because of indecent language I suppose, or something that went against human resources.

I havent played games on a whole for over 2 to 3 years, titsrp is one of my first dark rp servers where I genuinely loved.

I was banned because I was playing crip while there was a gang war against bloods, I said something that I felt was kinda okay to say with my character, but as I said I havent played in years, I made the mistake and put that message in (ooc), it was not meant to be taken seriously, I was just having fun and was feeling in character as a cript since I was role-playing.

I honestly mean good intention to the server and I really do apologize for my actions, I hope you can see with me.

Why should you be unwarned/unbanned?

I have been playing on titsrp for as long as 2 years on and off, I really love the mechanics the server has to offer and the unique roles and also custom roles that you can become, it's really unmatchable to any other server.

Am also a blue vip in the server, even though it means nothing in this appeal but it just leads to show that I had some level of respect in the game back when I was active.

I've had Atlant 2 history of being jailed or warned if I can remember correctly, am really not a trouble maker.

Also am not sure if it's allowed but I created another steam account just to make this appeal.

Once again I truly am sorry for my actions as I had no idea it would lead to this.

How long were you warned or banned for?

Initially 6 months, now it's been updated to "never" which I assume is a permanent ban.

You were banned for 6 months by the former smod Lean, and then had it extended to a perm. Smods can not perm players which is why it was initially only 6 months.
Personally given the evidence I feel your ban was extremely harsh, considering you have no warns in the past 3 years and no bans in nearly 5 years.

Sigh I understand, as i said it's been a while since I last played.

 

That was just in character of like how the crypts would behave if u get wat I mean.

 

I wasn't trying to be mean or toxic, we were all genuinely laughing while killing each other.

Thank you, 6 month is still super long though.

 

It was honestly just a misconception of my RP and a misunderstanding of the rule, were human and we all make mistakes, even though that was inappropriate to type.

 

I wish you, your fellow team members may show some sympathy, I understand the regulations a server must go under to have it running with the listed rules as I was HA for another big community server like this.

 

I just Wana start playing again honestly, I've seen way worst go without being punished or not even getting a perma.

I'm just going to be honest, "son" is not indicative of age at all and he should not have been banned for that comment unless he implicitly knew the age of who he was saying this to. For example: someone's dad could be 40 and be the same age as someone else's son. This is a slippery slope if we're going to continue down this path of banning people for what could be suspicious at best.

I completely agree with sae here. The ban would add up if there were any context clues to the "sons" age. I will say vulgar language in ooc is still punishable by our guidelines, and I do understand role-playing a gang banger and getting too into it. There's also the fact this is your first ever punishment for any sort of player toxicity. I'll be a +1 for a reduction to a verbal for vulgar comments in ooc

Thank you, a verbal wold have been better.

 

And the funny thing Is that's what I got at first and I was like, oh my bad didn't realize that, I was too into RP.

 

Then I got pulled back and the admin just Saif "Yea they said to just get rid a yah".

 

When I saw th ban displaying infront of my screen, NGL I was kinda heart broken, honestly for the ban I don't even have GMOD installed anymore.

 

I though some sympathy would be given due to my wars/jailed/ban history on the server
