After shooting back and trying to back away, Dick Hanson who I cuffed and fined 5 seconds earlier for having a gun without a license shot and killed me unprompted. The only 2 staff online at the time (chesmond & Enowapi) did not take my sit after 15 minutes so I decided to go here instead. Police may randomly search you if they have reason to believe you possess an unlicensed weapon, but it is a hostile action and you may fight back." The act of having the weaponchecker equipped doesn't qualify you for instant death, an actual search has to be done. No rule whatsoever says attempting a weaponcheck makes me KOS. It explicitly states that the check itself is the hostile action, and you can't even prove it was an attempt, but that's irrelevant either way. Attempting a cuff is a different story because once it happens you have absolutely no chance of fighting back. Best action here would be to warn first then Kos... Regarding dick Hanson if you look at 0:16 you are shooting in the direction of him and crew.. Obviously for crew I understand. But for dick handson you shooting in his direction gives him full right to shoot you. If that misc rule applied in the way you're implying it does, then that means anyone in any capacity remotely near any kind of gunfight is allowed to just randomly shoot one of the people fighting. That rule is there for if Player A fires at Player B with the intent to hurt or shoot around them, not if Player C is nearby and suddenly feels like freely killing Player A because he shot somewhat near him.
