He called someone something just as bad, Personal attacks on other players should result in a 3-day ban - 1-week ban - 2-week ban depending on continued offenses/previous history. It really depends on the context. We take a lot of things under the umbrella of player toxicity/attacks seriously. Most of the time though, yes, we only hand out 30 minute gigamutes for slurs. Our punishment guidelines are actually public if you ever wanted to look it up! It likely would give you some good insight on why we do a lot of the things we do.
