Ban request of a game player/ Demotion back to trial of a MOD

Lelegs alt & Agro i have their discords not able to get steam

Legs alt mass rdmed me and my base mates and destroyed all of our entities in front of the new MOD Agro in a sit.
Agro witnessed and proceed to let this player legs alt kill us and destroy our in base entities and not give the consequences nor right info

I was with 3 other people in my base. about 4 people came to raid us. Legs was the main dude. They attempted to raid and eventually failed it. Legs then came back to the waterfall base and called a mod (agro) to a sit in the front part of my base(breaking nlr as is). So now im in a sit. Argos goes back and forth talking to us and claims that my base is fail rp due to not being able to spawn props in the first part of my base but im able to in the back. all i did was extend my base of where i was at. no rule indicates i cant base right there because of not being able to spawn a prop. this whole sit is invalid already due to legs trying to spawn props (fences and such just random items not including inventory) in my base while raiding me. So i proceed to claim its not and if i could see the rule but nothing was shown. i then said to alts in voice he was just mad because its one of the few bases hes ever failed to raid . soon as i say this, he then pulls a cannon out and blows up mines and 3 other peoples ents. then killed 3 of us. all in FRONT of the mod (agro). agro then picks him up and moves him and took the sit to a senior mod (F___). i didnt heard nothing back from agro on whats happening. Agros then types in ooc saying legs is banned for 6 months JOKING. still NEVER continued with the sit we had and then HOPS off. I make a sit to talk to F___ and tell him why legs was off with a verbal warning. He then claims agro told him legs wasnt in the sit and came into the sit that was happening in MY base and did it which IS LIES because the SERVER LOGS say different. F___ then says if what im saying is true theyll be consequences because at this point to me its based off of favortism. F___ also reported that to another mod or higher that im not aware of. I say fsvortism because agro as a MOD literally just got off from being a trial mod and thinks someone who makes a sit then kills the people he made a sit against and blow up 10mill worth of shit is just allowed a warning? its not right. This server is one of the best. The thing that people complain the most? MODS.
Its all in the server logs though! i dont care he blew our shit up. I care that the MOD didnt do NOTHING to take care of the PROBLEM. all he did was take Legs alt to another admin and gave false info!. Legs has been banned 10 times as i see on his discord profile. This is something more to do with how the MOD took care of things. Im newer to the server as well and ive been a mod on multiples back before. but someone mass rdming in a sit they created and breaking nlr and destroying ents in a sit is deff a ban. whos to say that though im just a new player on the server......
Also to mention Alts discord profile says 10 bans. That's over 3 strikes.
The actual server logs prove it ALL. This all happened between the times of EARLIER today. Logs can be found between 6/18/23 || 4am-7am Central Time Zone.
I have no hard feelings towards ANYONE im reporting. But it goes against the rules and such and me myself im new to the server and that wouldve made me just not want to play on here. But i figure give this a shot so people can actually start taking things more serious such as the RULES. and actually give people what they deserve and for newer mods and even older ones to have a different look on the server that they applied to help take care of.

After speaking with agro he explained to me the situation and what happen. I first wanna speak to F and legs about this situation. But if what im hearing is true legs should not have been given a verbal for raiding during a sit. I was told this was handled at your base and I told agro in the future handle this in sit land. But still if legs made a sit he should not have killed anyone during an active sit. I will leave more feedback once I get more answers

I made a sit yes, after i didnt know what was happening. waited at my base for a good 10 mins. Just to see agro joking in ooc about legs being "banned for 6 months" basically a mockery lol. But yes legs rdmd and blew ents up in a admin sit. Agro witnessed him kill us and our ents...

I remind you legsalt that when you are in the middle of a sit (no matter where the sit is) you can't roleplay, this includes raiding, kidnapping, cuffing/fining/arresting, getting hits, killing people and more, the definition of "Being in a sit" is that you get teleported by a staff member, the instant you get teleported by a staff member you are in a sit, as per the moderator AgroBot, while we hold staff members to a higher standard than regular users, AgroBot is still kinda new with the world of staffing, us staff members are still humans too and the reason as to why he had left may be because that sit was out of his confort zone, got busy with something else, or just wanted to hand the sit over to someone else because he couldn't handle that sit himself

It is indeed FailRP to build before the giant garage door of the waterfall base, i honestly don't understand why but yeah, it is FailRP

weird how it is though where does it say that? and if it really is, ill fix that no problem. But the guy is still the issue. in my opinion, mod should deff need a run down through rules for general cases such as someone making a sit and killing all the people and destroying everything as revenge. As a griefer does. and deff deserves a ban. the guy breaks rules countlessly i dont understand how hes still here. MOD shouldve played the role correctly and informed the senior MOD so that he shouldve of had a more severe consequence. it got looked over by agro. no careness nothing. which led to all this happening through forums. A simple ban from not just witnessing everything that happened but for letting it go so carelessly and not even caring about the guy getting a simple verbal. just doesnt make sense. not good for the server because youll have just people like legs breaking rules and getting away with it every single time because of mods such as agro with low experience not understanding situations thats main and direct in the rules itself and just being careless.

 Not all rules are in the rulebook, DarkRP is a complex gamemode and there are things that are super situational or specific and sadly not everything can be put on the rule list, and as i said, us staff members are humans, we have limits, we are volunteers working on the server, we don't get paid, we just do it for fun, berating them will not get you far

Okay so now what? Obviously with agrobot its out of the question. Now what about legs? he knows these rules as is no need to explain them to him. hes been on the server long enough to realize whats being done. As to say his bans he has already. Kids a grief. Im trying to now understand what will be done and if we will be able to get back what he destroyed as well. Out of his own stuff or something. old rp days kid wouldve been gone in a blink of a eye.

Hey sorry about the wait on this but I have received the logs from Kdawg and went through them, and from what I had seen it was clear he knew what he was doing and still did it. I won't be posting the logs here but I know Legs will be making an appeal himself which i will post them there. 

 

He has been banned and Agro will be spoken too.
