I was raiding a guys props to kill his boombox he kept placing up every so often because i didnt like his music. this resulted in me killing him if needed to but i didnt feel like i had to kill him if he didnt know i killed the boombox. A report was filed against me for RDM when this wasnt the case at all, eachtime he died, it hshould show that i blew up his boombox shortly prior and did not kill him for no reason. i know its only a two day ban but i feel its unfair due to me just raiding his boombox.

                 Hello KillerPanda, I would like to start this off by saying that you were very cordial in your request for me to look over this appeal on the discord, and your apology was also appreciated. However I will say during the sit you were very rude not only to myself but also to the person that reported you. Just so you are aware I have made sure to ask an Admin and clarify for the both of us, destroying a prop to break a boombox is not raiding. Even then, you can not kill someone just because you destroyed their boombox like you said in your appeal. Your entire reasoning for killing him on twice, then "raiding" his prop to destroy the boombox was because the music was annoying. There is also the fact that mid sit you switched your story up. You started the sit by saying "im not killing him intentionally, i think his music sucks so i go around blowing up the boombox". That is quoted directly from chat logs, but even in this appeal you say it was because you were raiding his props to destroy the boombox and thats why you killed him twice. The first kill was actually when he was on top of his boombox, on the building to the left of the PD on the roof. The second and most recent kill was nowhere near his props or boombox, it was right outside spawn tunnel. When I reviewed the damage logs your first kill appeared to be valid since Krieg damaged you first, but the second one when he was outside of spawn holding his keys out, you just killed him for seemingly no reason. Moving on to your behavior in the sit; you were very hostile and rude, on multiple occasions I attempted to get you to just listen to what I was saying so I could explain the correct course of action; which would have been "find krieg's name in the tab menu, and press mute boombox", then give you a verbal for RDM and send you on your way. However it took you an entire minute before you would even listen to what I was saying, instead you said "i dont care lol i have been on this server litterally sense start, i think i know the rules, but do what you must its nothing i cant reverse.". After the sit taking an entire 9 minutes, in which you combatted me at every turn and were rude to myself and the other person in the sit I decided that a 2 day ban for IRDM would be best. In my mind it started off as a verbal for rdm with me telling you to leave Krieg alone because of how silly the situation was, then it worked up to a warn because of your behavior in the sit, and finally the two day ban because of your continued uncooperativeness to just mute his boombox instead of looking for a reason to kill him.                   In conclusion; did you break the rules? Yes. You were also very rude during the sit. However, I can understand that at the end of the day we're all human. I'm not you and I have no clue what you are going through or even if there is anything troubling you. The fact that you took the time to write this out, then ping me in discord to inform me that your appeal was up and very politely asked me to respond to it, as well as apologizing for your behavior was very appreciated. Your actions after the ban have turned my -1 into a +1, as well as getting your appeal accepted.
