If staff tells you not to target players, and u choose to not solely target the player but disguise your targeting by also mugging people around them with the focus of mugging the same dude, thats just taking what staff said to the literal extremes and loopholing what staff said. This ban is very deserved and seeing your responses just show you meant to target stupidstick 100%. its like i tell u not to rdm stupidstick so u go and shoot up everyone to rdm him -1. plus the mnlr. Also, to answer your question, NLR extends to people as well as areas, so yes, NLR does apply to this issue.
