MRDM, NITRP Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? I think i should be not banned in any way for MRDM first because it wasn't MRDM when there was a revolt (the kills are from there) also when i killed the person he shot me as well nor the admin in the sit heard my side or check logs for the other side shooting, also my reason for shooting was because the person tried to run me over with a car / For NITRP i don't know why is this on the ban anyways when I try to keep my RP straight forward as well not do stupid stuff like you see on YouTube! I did check if you joined the revolt before bringing you (which ended more than 5 minutes prior, I was a cop involved in the revolt), and I couldn’t see you type “!joinrevolt”. I am not perfect and I may have missed you joining the revolt, but you killed at least 3 non CP. Half of the people you killed weren’t CP, when I asked you about that you told me “I don’t care it was crossfire”. With the previous bans and warns, and the killing of more than 3 people in a reasonable time period, during this time the revolt was over, I felt that a Mass RDM ban was justified. Again, I am willing to hear you out and work with you, I have no personal issue with you, I just carried out the actions based on the logs. Again I specifically checked when you told me it was a revolt. What about the non cops? If you’re crossfiring (and killing) 3+ people it becomes an issue. This wasn’t accidental tapping of a low health player, you were hitting each of these players at least 5 times with your gun. As for the NITRP, I am inclined to agree, I didn’t see evidence of you not intending to roleplay, in the ban UI that is the default option for Mass RDM, so I clicked it. BrainTumor Posted March 9, 2023 Author Share Posted March 9, 2023 @bu xiao I don't want to be rude but I think i have never said ' I don't care it was crossfire " as I remember it I actually type !joinrevolt twice and the people i have killed that are showed in logs before i killed CP we for a reason and i don't see whys this a MRDM ban when i have done nothing wrong , also you didn't really let me speak besides when I told why I killed him which I'm 99.99% sure you didn't read. If you have proof of what i said or even if i did i didn't meant it for sure there was a reason for killing the not CP people i hope you read this and look more into the ban because i enjoy the server so much !! You got reported by two people for RDM, both of which were not cops, and this occurred after the revolt was over. Again, I understand your frustration, and I am sorry for making you feel unheard or ignored, and I will definitely message higher up moderators to look into this situation as well. Again the reason I gave the Mass was not for the killing of CP during a revolt, rather for the 3+ non-CP that you killed. Sits were very chaotic at this time and it was only me and another trial-mod on, so I apologize if you felt like you weren’t given due process. Also the prior warns and bans did heavily influence my decision for Mass RDM. I would like to resolve this with you and make sure you get the chance to feel heard. Since you have been banned for over 24 hours already, I have asked for your appeal to be accepted. Again please report people who are breaking the rules rather than trying to solve it yourself, as you can find yourself in trouble.
