IRDM | RRDM | Toxicity - homophobic slurs | Lying to staff | False Demotes Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? Biased moderator who doesnt know the rules and tries to bend them so hes satisfied, not to the benefit of the server but himself. At most should have been warn punishment. Who warned/banned you? Insurance agent How long were you warned or banned for? 5 days, totally unreasonable , out of spite and anger of a childish mindset. My first initial complaint was when i got pulled into a sit moments after demoting a minging player who im pretty sure got banned prior days before for minge/harrasment and it involved ME . I got gagged in the sit because the mod didnt like my inital reason why i raided the player back. The cop was breaking the skybasing rule by buying both doors on the roof across from pd; the door to the hotel/apartment building, and the three floored corner building (this can be shown in logs that the player owned the doors) The moderator chose to ignore my claims by gagging me after trying to interject by saying he was allowed to be up there and then tried not to let me continue speaking. The moderator wouldnt let me continue on with any of my claims or help me with evidence in the logs. Told other player to pm him out of game multiple times. Can someone else look into the logs? Insurance agent likes to look at/post only what he wants to. It can be proven the other player is breaking rules and insurance agent is siding with him and is being very biased towards me. Can i please specifically get an answer on the doors/player skybasing and location where i raided him at and also previous bans? Please stop saying "do you have evidence" thats not a response, im aware i wasnt recording but the other player sent a video of him skybasing/boombox spamming as cp to the mod. Also the evidence would be in logs with the door logs, the death location log, and me destroying the radio he was spamming with. I had just finished dealing with a long sit took the one for sergeant reporting Tony for RDM / false demote. as soon as i brought tony he started talking and never let off his mic key i could not slip a word in without having to talk over him so i gagged him. was definitely irritated by it, sergeant could not get a word in until he was gagged. i interrupted Tony's tangent because at this point he had already mentioned he was RDMing Sargent to stop him from RDMing, trying to play it off like he was justified in doing so. so by the end of tonys angered rambling. not saying that to demean him but it was the attitude from him through out the sit he had told me. Sarg was MRDMing from the rooftop and he had been camping there, that sarg rdmed him for defending himself vs corrupt officer, sarg was failrp'ing by owning the rooftop doors and locking them, sarg followed him out of spawn to target him. again his accusations not the truth. after getting sarg to supply his side of the story he showed me a video detailing the entire incident. which showed him going to the roof, locking the doors, screwing around with a radio, walking to the ledge just in time to see tony kill a cop and then gunning him down. afterwards tony came up to the roof, breaching shotgunned the door and killed sarg as-well as falsely demoting him for rdm and calling him a "******" as he gunned him down which can be seen clearly in his video when i can get him to supply it. (RRDM/Toxicity) then he chased sarge out of spawn to shoot him in the back (IRDM) sarge swapped to SK and went to the beach area, tony happend to enter it after the fact and sarge went up and kidnapped him. and he followed this with a false demote aswell for player targeting if i remember correctly. said something dumb in ooc so i gagged and jailed him and made him wait on my sit which took a bit so i called that his punishment corrected the toxicity and sent him on his way i think the actual
