I had made like 12 sits spamming because there was about 5-6 players harassing me calling me kyle broke . and just cursing me out. for being taken into a sit for toxicity it makes me so angry that people can just do that to me nothing happens and then i get banned for killing them , dreadmore had told me i can kill them for trespassing so i kept killing them i had only killed a couple people for "loitering" and i was just under the impression what i was doing was ok because of the first sit so to get banned for mass rdm when multiple players were harassing me and kept coming back to harass me is wild i said this and nothing happened so why is it when i call terry a bum bitch i almost get banned? how is it fair? i would never just rdm people on the server for no valid reason but when 5 players are harassing me and continue to come back to my friends base when i made at least 10 sits for it is wild annoying , 2 staff on the server dont know of heos was there but this is ridiculous Who warned/banned you? dreadmore How long were you warned or banned for? 7 days 1 3 Link to comment https://forums.titsrp.com/topic/19128-ban-appeal/ Share on other sites More sharing options...

I was pulled to a sit and I was told that I couldn't do that but instead of a warn for a misunderstanding I was given a ban I dont break the rules on the server and im a supporter of Tits who spend hours everyday on the server without getting pulled to a sit, and I know somebody is going to bring up I shoulda read the rules I did but nobodys perfect We cant remember everything in life. But next time I join the server Ill make sure ill read through everything if Im unsure if I so I can be positive." When I pulled the reporting player, he stated he was in the base when he died. Despite my tools showing he was on the street, I took his word on where he was as he admitted to being inside of a base. The first sit was dismissed with the disposition of you were allowed to kill people for trespassing in YOUR base. More sits came in stating you were Mass RDMing. I spectated you and watched you killing people. The base was not yours, in-fact, it was a dupe built by fountain with a Loitering KOS sign which is not allowed. You were not adverting party assist. You had no ownership of the base. You were killing people for coming near. You killed more than three people who were just passing the base which is why you were banned for MRDM. Your friend was banned as well for MRDM and FailRP because he had a loitering sign on a base next to spawn exit and was not adverting party assist when he helped you kill people. You managed to violate almost a quarter of the Basing rules. KR DA G Posted January 3, 2023 Author Share Posted January 3, 2023 i wasnt killing everyone who said "kyle broke in ooc" i was killing the same three people who i made sits on for harassment that was just the thing i know that everyone saw in ooc so i quoted it , i had wrote that but i know majority of players in the server dont know abot the kos signs cuz people to this day still put them up , again i was trying to defend my self whe nobody else would and i had agreed with you in the sit i had killed kio and another player for loitering but again i didnt know this wasnt a thing and we talked about this in the first sit and never got to talk about the harassment which i mentioned , i think that your basing it off of the multiple reports , i was just angry and was using the first sit as a confirmation that i can do what i was already doing i think that in you not solving it the first time or telling the players to avoid me and stop harassing me caused this to be what it was straight after the first sit the same people kept coming back and spamming ooc with that shit so i dont understand how thats ok, not defending the rdm just saying the way the judgment was passed is crazy nothing is ever done for me but if a group of players is against you you easily lose the situation makes no sense to me Link to comment https://forums.titsrp.com/topic/19128-ban-appeal/#findComment-132105 Share on other sites More sharing options...
