I have been targeted all day by people that use Hitmen to carry out their will all day while playing. Hitman was acting mad sus around me trying to get me to come out so i shot the hitman because eventually i was going to get shot anyway. The person i killed claimed they didnt have a hit on me which i seriously doubt.

This one is going to be on my record and its damning that shadowplay decided to not record anything if only a few frames through out my playthrough. This likely will not be a ban that will be removed from my record  which sucks because the person that got me votebanned has 6 bans at the time of posting this. One thing to note is that 2 demotions were voted majority in my favor and the only one to get accepted at around a 50% result was my voteban which people are often spamming the 1 and 2 keys until the last second of the vote

Well I mean you basically admit you did IRDM them though lol. You say you had been targeted by hitman all day and one of them were "acting mad sus" around you so you decided to shoot them. So you are saying you really had no reason to actually kill the guy other than you thought he may have a hit on you.

Also there was no evidence provided to prove that this was a false voteban.

You are unbanned now at least, and also having a voteban on your record does not really effect you. It is not the same as having an actual ban given by a staff member so I wouldn't really worry about it. I still have a voteban for the reason "retard" on my record lmfao.

In the future just don't kill a hitman/ bounty hunter unless you know for a fact that you are their target, if you really want to kill them without knowing I guess nothing is stopping you but then things like this will happen.

 

Because the lack of evidence & the fact that you admit you didn't really have a valid reason to kill the hitman I am gonna go ahead and close this appeal.
