False banned for "mrdm"

from what i saw in logs there was alot of killing in short time + also from what i see there was no warning given to any players

also it was proxtron who called sit im sure and he said he was just killing people for no particular reason and that even tho he was rdmmed 2x

So you are going to assume this player was massrdming because of a voteban and a singular rdm ban that was given 2 and 3 days ago and you are mentioning this now because you now have a 2 streak of overpunishing players. (both of these 2 players claimed that you had not allowed them to even give their half and ban them straight away) Why would it even matter if he has had 1 previous ban if you did not let him give his side. Innocent until proven guilty.  your explanation is pretty much summed up as "I half assed and just gave this guy max punishment because i can"

I added this for extra evidences  of why I banned the player people who usually have a history I give the full ban and from what I have seen and heard the alien did keep coming back but no sit was made on the alien also there was players who keep getting rdmmed by this dude with no warning or reason why also you was not in the sit I did listen to the story even tho he has killed mass amounts in a short period of time there was no reason to kill the player he said I saw a sword and was scared so I shoot him pretty much sums it up there if this was a false ban logs would show more as to warnings and less kills

hasn't a senior mod already told you to unban me? can't you just do it already in prolonging a situation i'm sure nobody wants to be apart of anymore?

I asked him how he was warning the player was with voicechat, even there is no proof to hold that up. I explained to carti that he needs to have a warn bind to have valid warning kills he understood and thats why in my original post that it shouldve been a verbal warning and instructions to make a bind.  did you ask carti about the previous kills in short time? whenever i play mayor waves of people come to my office and nlr and i just kill them no problem.  it makes me believe that you are lying about listening to him because you gave him a mrdm ban off the basis he killed many in a short time seeming like he had not explained his situation (Carti's claim was he was not given a chance) even people with the apest of brains like you would probably understand his situation as its common among players and it isnt a rare occurance

Appeals are voting based between staff but its in pretty good standing that you will be unbanned by tonight or tommorow judging by the banning moderator sucks at his job and sucks at explaining his case
