I was throwing boots as hobo lord to get xp because I'm grinding right now, pretty much just trying for one boot per person but of course refiring if I miss. I'm traveling throughout the map and essentially just hitting people I don't think I've hit with boots yet. I'm really only trying to do one per person so it isn't an annoyance but being hit in the face with a boot is just annoying in itself. Regardless, there was no 1/2/3 warm beforehand or even an OOC warn (which I know doesn't count but the point it, there was 0 warning). Only on the last kill did he say "stop throwing shit". I have both murder logs and the chat logs. The only reason this wasn't handled in game by a sit is because someone got on after this so I know they wouldn't have the logs.

Edit: Title change. He killed me on THREE occasions in which I did not damage first and he did not warn.

If you didnt have me chat muted I was trying to tell you that you couldve votebanned him no problem, if a staff member is still loading in he cant tell you to "not voteban" since it was physically impossible for him to take your sit. Taking an rdmx2 to the forums because you didnt have the balls to voteban someone while a staff member was loading into the server is on you man

I'm 99% certain I replied to you. I don't have you chat muted. It UN chat muted everyone I had muted. If I had, I would've stayed longer yesterday. Secondly, I was going to. I was literally typing when I saw him pop into the spawn area because I had been rdmed the third time and decided I was going to. But then, blue was there. I was late, which was because I was undecided because several people always bitch when I voteban someone on 2. I was trying to hold back and give him the benefit of the doubt. 

And it was an RDM x3. I made a mistake in my title as well, because after looking at the logs, I realized I hadn't damaged him in the beginning one either. So it's an RDMx3. 

 

So please, if you're going to be a dick, just DNI.

Im not "being a dick" im saying that this report is stupid because you "waited too long" to voteban, the truth is you didnt wait too long. you just didnt try at all. If he cancelled the voteban you make a sit and he takes it. Now if you want me to be a dick ill explain this even harsher with more detail.

I don't want to be the person that calls a vote with staff on. So no. And again, a sit would've been pointless because he didn't have the logs.

 

I'm done with this thread. I've explained this all I can. Either just respect that or please leave. A staff member can decide whether or not this is a legitimate case to take. If it isn't, then it'll get denied and that'll be that.

You dont want to be the "one" to do anything you only cry to staff when the most miniscule rule is broken on you if you let loose just a little bit you wouldnt be hated by everyone and you wouldnt be known as the pro staff dick rider. If you ever tried to take things into your own hands you would be alot happier in life, applies to irl too
