Why were you banned or warned?

RDM, LTAP? I'm not sure what LTAP is.. Also maybe being a little hateful.

Why should you be unwarned/unbanned?

Because it was my first day playing on the server, I hadn't thoroughly read the rules and believe it was a misunderstanding. I was being killed by players that had their base stating "KOS if Loitering". Which was very annoying for the fact I was only walking down the sidewalk and would get killed. Also they had stole my radio, so I was salty that I couldn't purchase another until I either got the one they took back or destroyed the one they had taken. So overall I was upset at that and the fact I'm extremely new to pc and still haven't learned to clip what had occurred for evidence. And I felt slightly cheated when the admin had took their side. Which I do understand, just felt it was a little extra and petty allowing them to shoot players as they walk by for "loitering". All in all I wont cause any trouble amongst other player or admins.

Is the reason you were banned. LTAP means leaving to avoid punishment. 

I'm not allowing anybody to shoot people for walking by their base. But the player claimed you were loitering (they had a loitering sign) and that's the reason they killed you. You weren't able to provide any evidence proving you were just walking by. 

Since you have no previous bans & seem apologetic I will be accepting this ban appeal, just please dont do that again (especially rdming in a sit)
