Why were you banned or warned?

i was banned for leaving the game during a sit but the sit was called for rda

Why should you be unwarned/unbanned?

I didnt have any control over staying in the sit since my computer crashed during the sit as i was trying to plead my case in which is saw the guy who called sit for rda was killing someone and i arrested him for also note that it also said guns out in public was aos i was trying to get back to see if i could explain why i left due to my computer crash

hello Bob, you got banned because this wasn't your first RDA and you also LTAP'd.  you left in the middle of the sit and we couldn't have possibly known it was because of a crash. i also checked in with another mod who agreed that a day long ban was appropiate.

The person I was shooting at, shot at me first. also, I don't think the "guns out in public" part is relevant, since the reasoning you gave me for arresting me was "from prespective you were murdering someone". it wasn't clear that I was shot at first, for that reason I would've said you should get a verbal. to cops, if they see u shoot someone, even in self defence or retailiation, they can still arrest u. 

 

In regards to the ban, i advise unban because if the sit was performed fully, he would've probably been proved to have done nothing wrong. So with that in mind, cant really ltap when u dont deserve punishment. +1 for unban imo but i will let swayze decide

I don't think that's correct, since one of the default laws states "Do not attack other citizens except in self-defence"

with reading what reiko has had to say, your LTAP doesn't seem to be intentional, but your history did give me something to think about when banning you. it isn't the first time you had been warned for RDA and I think it's important to think about that. you also came into the sit name calling Getter for making the sit and saying he was butt hurt. you seemed uninterested with carrying on, so i assumed it was ltap. 

 

i am all for unbanning if you take this as a learning lesson to be more careful next time.

that just means u have the right to kill em, doesnt mean its not murder tho

 

or not even kill, it just saids attack. its based off self-defence and reasonable force.
