TitsRP Posted March 28, 2021 Share Posted March 28, 2021 (edited) Administrator Role Responsibilities As an Administrator, you will be an assistant to the Head Administrators. You will be managing the same team your team leader is managing. You will be assigned different duties such as keeping tabs on certain staff members / community members or investigating various issues with our staff tools. This role is more specific, usually down the individual level. Your main goal is to ensure the staff team and community is running efficiently. Examples include talking to other staff members, resolving drama between players and making TitsRP a fun and exciting community to be a part of. If holes start to form, your duty is to communicate with all Head Administrators to get them resolved. You must be able to work on a small team, medium team and a large team as you will be working with your Head Administrator, Super Admins and other staff members. Requirements Age 16+ Have been in the TitsRP community for at least 6 months Have a deep passion to make TitsRP grow as a community Able to commit 20+ hours a month to the TitsRP Garry’s Mod server Able to commit hours outside of the server to communicate with the community Able to watch over and provide feedback to other staff members Able to make community decisions with and as a team Able to attend at least 1 staff meeting each month Compensation None. Although, you may get some bonuses. Preferred Maturity Level Able to admit your faults and learn from them Able to keep a cool head when issues arise Able to act like an adult and move on when the time calls Continued: Requirements/Evaluation On the 1st of each month, Admins will be evaluated by the Head Admin to determine if they have met the requirements for the previous month. The following factors will be considered: Did the Admin commit a minimum of 20 hours on the server? Did the Admin attend a minimum of 1 staff meeting? Did the Admin contribute to ban appeals, player reports, and or moderator applications? Did the Admin make a positive impact on the staff team and the community last month? Did the Admin receive any feedback from the staff team or community members that are notable? Admins who do not meet or exceed these requirements for a total of 3 consecutive months must choose one of the following options: Step down to a lower rank Resign from the staff team Optionally, an Admin may suggest 1 person to replace them Edited September 6, 2021 by Rubik added Continued: Requirements/Evaluation 4 Link to comment
