I'm reporting Ruki for FailRP/Propblock.
He had a base (which don't get me wrong, it was very bad) and I decided to raid, so I did, and heard bitminer sounds from a propblocked entrance. So, I blowtorched it and a bitminer is in there.
Now, he did have a button but it was super far away.
And according to the MOTD, the rule is: 'You must have your keypads in plain sight and it must be next to the door', as of 10/8/2020 (in assumption this includes buttons aswell.)

You should give him the benefit of the doubt if he plays on 270° fov it might look like its beside the door and not purposefully hidden
