Vexxxy should be warned again for rdm

I am reporting Vexxxy for RDM, So the story starts with about 10 people on top of the roof in subs across from gas station and a player named the white crow don jumped on top of the roof with everyone on it and talks to me in particular and says get all these people off my roof as he turns and started looking towards the 3 Rolex members standing next to me, as a joke I slap the white crow for saying that... Then Vexxxy party binds and shots me & kills me with a shot gun. I then check if he was party with white crow but he was in two separate party's and two different gangs, Vexxxy only own the doors and didn't have a 5 sec Lottering sign or a KOS sign at all it was just the base with nothing inside. I then made a report in game and was told by a trail mod [angle] and vexxxy him self that since it was his base and I was on his roof he could of thought I was raiding him or something and was a valid kill i think this is false, because I only slaped the guy 1 time which wasn't related to rolex or in there party just some player roleplaying with me and I did nothing else I wasn't shoot placing c4 or attempting to kidnap anyone or raiding, there was also other people on his base or roof (Versace members) kidnaping and he never shot them. I feel like I was being player targeted as he has been kidnapping me and my friends all day and even RDM my friend and admit to it in chat and then warned him self after my friend made a player report on him... it was only 30mins to an hour since he rdmed my friend Blurr so I think he should of been giving 2 warnings and seek what ever other punishment that is given out. Sadly my CPU was overheating and is currently still doing it i have to get it fixed soon. So I don't have any footage and all the staff I asked for NLR logs to show were I died or anything that could help my case said they just logged on recently and don't have logs so I don't have any logs/ video evidence but there was multiple people who saw it and might of been recording at the time.

I also feel like he is very biased to me when he takes my sits he never gives me verbal's because me and him don't get along always gets straight to the warn or ban... and also likes to kidnap me in game and rdm me and my friends... which I think isn't okay at all. thanks for everyone's time and hope you all have a goodnight and rest of your day!

Vexxy, trespassing is KOS as it's a raid. Your roof is not inside your base therefore it would be loitering and you would need an appropriate sign that states "Loitering 5+ secs is KOS" or have to be in a party with crow to kos blasted. Raiding is having the intent to invade someones home, did hd do any other actions liie entering your home or shooting inside your base? I can paste the rule that states trespassing is KOS and a rooftop not explicitely part of a base is not part of your base.
