I play almost every day and I have really come to like the locals and enjoy Rping on the server. I hope I get appealed. Evidence: I didn't have the chance to gather evidence becuase I didn't even think I would get banned. So, I am going to give you a breif synopsis on the bullsh*t that took place. First I started a base In industrial with a friend and after getting raided we decided to Carjack a car as thieves. We stole a Blue Cop car and drove it back to the industrial base and replenished our supply of printers then headed out to a Casino near the PD to raid. On the way there, 2 People in the middle of the street got killed by my car as I pulled up to the casino. I recall one user was named Joey and had a Darth Vader job. We raided and went back to base to farm for 15-20 min. as we set back out, We drove around for a bit looking for places to raid but found nothing. We then were in slums and headed back to PD to chill with locals but Bosco (A moderator) was another victim of my car. I apologized and said sorry Bosco in chat because I like him. I do recall he was a pet. Then, me and my firend raided a place down the street from the PD that had a KOS sign and NO building sign. I adverted raid and I Killed the Base owner and his pet outside of thier base. roughly 30 seconds after I did that I got banned for MASS RDM and the Penalty was 7 days. I know the general rule is to stay on the sidewalks to avoid getting killed because In real life you wouldnt be in the middle of the street. I also know that people spend most of thier time on the street so you should try to not be a dick and drive slowly around locals. I drove at a moderate pace and It wasnt anything unreaosnable. Ask anyone on the server or try yourselves; The handling on these TDM cars are rubbish. It has like a 2 second delay in respond time when you try to turn. I mean if anything, since you went out of your way to make this report, we could lower the ban timer... I want other staffs opinion before a decision is made. Your best bet is to contact Bosco so he can explain his side of the story. have him read my appeal and see if it matches.
