It wasn’t a thing when the zone was added but we suggested it and sugar added it in. See screenshot below. But I can’t remember seeing people in it during a revolt in recent memory except for staff. I think something happened a while ago and it went unreported so now nobody knows about it because it hasn’t been a thing for a while. Except it still works for staff ranks.
