Why were you banned or warned?

Harassment to an "extreme extent" and NITRP.

Why should you be unwarned/unbanned?

First off, Celenathesky and I have always been getting into arguments over rule breaking. As soon as I put in for a sit against her regarding her rule breaking, I never get pulled. Then, it will call for a sit and get one immediately (5 mins later) with 5 staff members online. I got pulled into the sit and the staff member completely ignored my claims regarding Celena and it's rule breaking and proceeded to ban me with no hesitation, fully taking it's side. I am not saying I did not say some rude things, but I never used any extremely offensive words like "f*****" or "n*****" which I have seen people say in OOC many times (even while I was saying what I said in OOC). I've waited out four hours of the ban already and I think that it should have been a warn or a mute, since I've seen people say the n word multiple times and only get a 40 min mute. In no way do I not think I did something wrong, but the punishment should be fair and the other party should be punished for the NLR x3 as well as RDM since my ticket would have still been there (I did not record, but that's why I called a staff member and I got no response then 5 mins later she gets a sit). I personally think it should have been a mute or a couple hour ban. If I could be unbanned so I could do a trade that I had planned for tonight, that'd be greatly appreciated.

Pretty sure the worst thing I said was "whale" or "riding staff's dicks", which is not as bad as the people saying "f*****" during this whole situation (but I get banned since Celena has an issue with me).

While I looked at your chatlogs they were mostly comprised of messages against celena hating on her, calling her a whale, etc..  She was fed up from it from the beginning and she told you guys to stop, also staff did as well. It was just like you was on just to make fun of her because your chat logs were full of stuff against her. For all of this I'm sorry but I'm not going to reduce your ban. DENIED.

So once again there's going to be favoritism? The reason I wrote this post was to shed light on it. You ignored half of my message. The messages weren't even that bad and half of them her name wasn't even in it and they didn't mention her. Plus, did you see all the other people using the word "f******" during this? They didn't get punished either. No one answered my sit after asking TWICE for a staff member, then you come to the rescue to Celena right away? Lol... If you're going to enforce rules against people, make it fair.
