During this time SelenatheShy was also collecting chem barrels near me, i had a few problems with her and returning after i killed her but was told it wasn't breaking nlr (So that's whatever). I had been having issues Selena that's a different story, But eventually she was brought to a sit for something unrelated and i took over her chem barrel area. And i continued doing my chem barrel route, then she was returned and i was collecting my barrel when she tried to rdm me, she failed and i killed her and continued on my way. Then when i was coming around to collect my chem barrel Kuntess Stole it, i proceeded to kill him. He then took me to a sit saying that i rdmed him, (Unfortunately during the sit i was talking but it wasn't picked up) but he told me that i had rdmed him, I said "No that was my barrel you stole it and i killed you because of it", he then proceeded to lie and say no Celena put that chem barrel down, so i figured i was about to get a warn so I asked Green to come to the sit, he didn't really talk much but it was more for my safety of not getting in trouble. We where in the middle of the sit still when Kuntess ended it without a conclusion, he just returned us back to our original locations. I then made a sit about it and GN Isaac took the sit, once we where in the sit i let Kuntess explain his side of the story first, then he promptly left the sit. I then explained my side of the story to Isaac and he said since he wasn't a Smod he couldn't do anything about it and advised me to make a forum report, so here it is. I am reporting Kuntess for a false sit as a staff member and abusing his staff powers to leave sits early. {GN} Isaac Posted August 2, 2020 Share Posted August 2, 2020 I handed the sit , as get rich said . I wanted to see what was going on see if we can come to some conclusion or fix the situation. As i claimed the sit kuntess tp to me as i know that it was about him but never once gave him the okay to or even asked . I let it slide because i thought he was gonna explain and stay. But kuntess gave his explanation then right away tp away didnt let me say anything or hear what get rich had to say . I found this extremely disrespectful and unprofessional .i told kuntess that he cant be doing that and next time he needs to ask or at least stay and not just leave. His reason was i quote from logs " sorry i was just done with his stupid shit , he has been harassing celenashy for a while and trying to get us in trouble " I understand his frustration but for the future be more respectful and professional. White (2) Posted August 2, 2020 Author Share Posted August 2, 2020 (edited) Kuntess claimed i harassed Celena but actually it was the opposite, i don't wanna shorten the video because i don't think and staff members wanna sit through 45 min and i feel uncomfortable cutting the video because i dont want it to backfire, I think once a Smod+ see's the video they can attest to it. For context the first time Selena came up to me was to break my boombox, I killed her then kept farming, she came back and shot me and my boombox so i killed her again, then she returned and threw my boombox, so on and so fourth. I came to hang out with her, i picked up a chem barrel while you were there. After you left i didnt know that you didnt put a new one and i thought it was celena's barrel so i pickup the second one too when you were there. After you started shooting me i thought you shot me for picking up Celena's barrel so i brought you in a sit for RDM. Later in the sit i realized it was your barrel so i called the sit off. I dont think thats something to punish someone for But durring the sit you said "We took you're barrel and placed our own" you even said "How do you know it was your barrel" to which i explained i was video recording, and then the story changed.
