Why are you reporting this player?:

Both Chesmond and Legal Nigstubbins were placing barricades inside of the spawn tunnels blocking them off and if anyone shot them to destroy them they instantly replaced them constantly claiming "we run the server" and pretty much abusing anyone who denied them. All 3 players including Yoshe were shooting people outside of spawn with weapons that can fling players into said barricades getting them stuck. I actually had to help another player out of the barricades. They were also micspamming as non hobos and even claimed that "this was allowed" and "Rubik said this is ok" I asked him he said it wasnt and even the MOTD states that this is not allowed.

Chesmond has already recieved a ban for 1d for his involvement, but looking at his behaviour in this video and after consulting with the team we've decided a 3d is more appropriate.  As for Legal, he's involved in the mass minging, lying about claiming this is allowed from a superadmin, and then a lovely bit of racism at 9:12. He will recieve a 4d for that. Yoshe seems to be involved as well, so he'll recieve a 3d for his involvement. This is clearly not acceptable behaviour, regardless of 'exits' 'the ability to remove them' and 'not being actual propblock'. Who wants to log on and see this shit? As evidenced by the chat in the video players were of the belief God had abandoned the server along with the mod team. Let this be a lesson to everyone else that we will not accept minging and loopholing.
