Why were you warned/banned?: "MINGING" I was taken in a sit for a legit reason that had nothing to do with the ban i received, I got banned for saying "How about that" which triggers the voice command (I have a bind for it) the sit was going just fine but the moderator warned me for minge. How is it it minge to "spam a voice line" when the server is set up so you CANT even spam it so call it spam if youd like but theres about a 10 second delay until you can use another voice chat line, the mod started getting super irritated for no reason as we were sitting there doing absolutely nothing waiting for a player to find the logs since the mod cant do it himself, we had legit been sitting in this sit for 10 minutes with no verdict and i get warned and then banned for saying "H O W  A B O U T  T H A T' I was told to "TaKe tHiS tO ThE FoRuMs" By the mod himself and some others. GG

Firstly, you were banned for "Refusing to listen l Minge". You were spamming the audio on Crescent Rose audio. Which I asked you to stop. Then you swaped to the Zelda Sword and started to spam that. I ended up stripping you. You then started to jump and around in circles around the sit spamming "How about that" I asked you to stop on that to or ill be warning you. You kept doing it so I issued a warn. Then you kept doing it even after the warn. So I issued the ban since you didn't have any intention to stop. 

 

My side of the sit: I just joined the server 10 minutes in there was a sit for a raid that the user didnt wait 20 minutes between the raid. So I took it. I didnt have the logs of the first attempt raid I tried to ask Buckwood since he was the only other staff on at the time. He was busy taking a sit so I asked you guys if one of you could give me a screenshot of the logs. Then I asked the "Skii" the user that requested the sit if he could give me the logs of the first damage/death taken/given during the first raid since no one would respond. I ened up asking Skii directly for it he ended up taking a little long. I did request Buckwood but he was in a sit. After you were banned. Your friend Nanako said "I'm just gonna destory the stuff" which I immediately jailed him since the sit was not going in your guys favor. We did infact find out the raid was 3 minutes before the 20 minute mark and was considered a NLR.
