wardog098 Posted February 18, 2016 Share Posted February 18, 2016 Date:2/17/16 Time:9:27 Steam Name: Jet Wyatt Ingame Name: Jet Wyatt Steam ID:STEAM_0:1:70727946 Reason: I was kidnapping a pet and Alen ran up and said "hey your kidnapping my friend" so I panicked and hit him with a bludgeon and he said "hey stop I didn't do anything" so I stopped and fartface ran over and shot me. I came back and said that's rdm as he tried to shoot me again so I shot at him with a wabajack and spawned a manhack. he was then brought by someone and I grabbed the manhack and started to swing it around. fartface was jailed for rdm so I started to shoot his cage with a wabbajck and it exploded I killed Alen. A pet next to him started chasing me trying to bite me so I used the manhack to kill him. Some other dog attacked me so I killed him too. they then broke nlr and tried to bit me again so I killed them I killed Alan on mistake so I expected a warn and instead got a 3 week ban for "RDM" when they attempted RDM and Reveng nlr. he brought me in a sit and when I brought it up Alen said he didn't care, they didn't do damage so I was mass rdming. Mclovins then flew in and asked whats going on and told me to type what happened and I said the dogs were attempting to bite me. ODA Envy Posted February 18, 2016 Share Posted February 18, 2016 Story is no where near true, The part that he started with was a few minutes prior, I took no action on him hitting me because I knew it was a mistake. Actually your ban was changed to 2 weeks, 3 weeks was a honest mistake and I felt a few minutes after that I shouldn't have done it(thx mclo). Even after this your ban was changed to permanant, I will not say who changed it because they can tell you on their own if they want to. This just happened so what happened is fresh on my mind. First off, I was outside of spawn on the corner where when you leave spawn there are immediately 3 buildings on your right and the tunnel that turns left. Fartface was jailed against the wall right before the corner on your left when you leave spawn. I was in the middle of banning him for RDMx3 when all of the sudden I am killed by Jet Wyatt with a man hack, prior to killing me he killed 4 other people with it. I brought him over to a sit and questioned him. His first response - I didn't kill them, the man-hack did lol In response I told him in logs it shows kills when he killed us with the NPCs. His second response - They attacked me first My response to this was to show him logs, I screenshotted part of it before it was too late, I screenshotted this a few minutes after he was banned so I could only get 2 out of 5. In the screenshots it shows him attacking 2 people and they didn't even hurt him in the first place. I also never hurt him so that's 3 people out of 5 that never hurt him. His 3rd response - I had the right to kill them, they broke NLR. If you payed attention to the first section of this comment I explain where we are at, we are directly outside of the tunnel and one of the people was involved in said sit because FartFace killed me, someone else, and jet wyatt. This all could have been avoided if you didn't attack the caged guy(which spawned the manhack) There was literally no reason you had to do that, you chose to attack the guy with a weapon that usually hurts everyone in the area. You chose to do that right outside of spawn with a crowd of people around. You chose to grab the man hack and forced it to touch those people, including me when I am in the middle of helping you. You have so little respect that you find it necessary to kill one who is in the middle of punishing the person who RDMed you? Communist Lizard Posted February 18, 2016 Share Posted February 18, 2016 To Be honest im basing this all on the fact that you're reaction after he said it showed owner logs for npc damage tottally changed it went from "Lol it wasnt me it was my npc" to "they attacked me first" which is a HUGE red flag in my books i dont completely agree with 2 weeks i would have went with maybe a week or maybe 8 or 9 days but still as it stands in my opinion this ban was not false Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
